We ordered sympathy flowers for a colleague who had a recent bereavement. We ordered on line, and received confirmation of the order by email. In addition to this we received a little video of the flowers and the card just before they were being dispatched, it was such a lovely touch to actually see the flowers and they were beautiful.

Absolutely brilliant service. I selected the option of a random bouquet of flowers from the website and provided some minor requirements such as no lilies. I’ve done this twice now and both times the bouquets have been so beautiful. I love the fact that they send a short video showing what the flowers look like before they are shipped - a really lovely personal touch!

Once again, I have been delighted with the fab service and beautiful flowers provided by Venus Florist. I especially love the video they send to the purchaser of the flowers to be delivered because you then get to share in the experience too.

I was let down on a couple of occasions by another company. Spoke to these guys online, confirmed they could deliver same day if in by 2pm (this was after 12) and delivery was made mid afternoon. Amazing service. Thanks guys
