Outstanding personal service!

I ordered these for a colleague who lives in Manchester, I was at our office in Wigan and despite the distance the communications felt as if I was in the shop choosing the bouquet myself. Jericho provided exceptional service and the video added an excellent USP to their offering.

What an excellent service! Venus Florist have a good range of flowers to choose from and they offer fast convenient delivery. I was kept informed at every stage about the progress of my order, I was actually sent a short video with the beautiful colorful bouquet before it was sent out. I must say this high standard of service has been a very welcome surprise. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again without any hesitation. I have been using Venus Florist for over a decade. Their flowers are of extremely exquisite quality; always mindfully chosen and bespoke to your requirements. Their customer service is second to none. Their very name "Venus" is extremely aptly chosen; long live Venus to keep spreading their joy! I would never use a different Florist.

The order process was very straight forward and efficient. I ordered a custom bouquet, trusting Venus to pick, arrange and present a suitable bouquet. On the day of delivery, Venus emailed a short video of the bouquet along with my message, checking that I was happy...They looked gorgeous.
The flowers were delivered in a very timely fashion and they are beautiful.
I am extremely happy and will definitely be ordering flowers from Venus again.

I was delighted with the flowers. They were exactly what I wanted. The ordering was easy and the team efficient. I particularly liked the personal touch ie. the emails to let you know the status of the order and the video to show you the flowers that would be delivered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again myself.

Amazing flowers, my wife loved them! I ordered at half one and they were delivered at five, same day and the man was very polite and courteous, he could clearly see she was not expecting them!

The video that is sent once they have been prepared is a lovely touch.

I called to get a more accurate ETA and the lady who answered was really nice, even though I was a bit of a last minute same day delivery order.

Today was the first time I used this florists. I am absolutely over the moon with the service. Same day delivery and the whole process was very simple and easy. The choice of arrangements are fabulous. Friendly helpful staff who are very informative. I especially loved the fact that they send you a video of the arrangement that’s really going the extra mile. I wish them all the very best for the future and once again definitely recommend the service.

Absolutely beautiful flowers. I selected the bouquet that Venus make up themselves with their selection and it was very appropriate. They sent me a video of the finished product, kept me informed of every stage and it was delivered by 11am when I placed the order at 10.30pm last night. Gorgeous flowers and amazing service ☺️

Absolutely brilliant service and beautiful flowers, I have ordered from Venus many times and recently contacted them during lockdown for some flowers to be delivered for a friend’s birthday. They even sent me a video of the finished flowers before they sent them out and they were so lovely 😊 would not hesitate to recommend them!
