Amazing flowers and an amazing customer service experience. I ordered flowers for same day delivery and was really impressed by the video preview I received via email. The flowers then arrived which were slightly different to the video and when I emailed the customer service team they responded immediately and acknowledged their error. They returned with the correct flowers a short time later and also let me keep the other bunch too. My wife was impressed with two bunches for her birthday :). Great experience and highly recommend. Flowers are beautiful too.

Fantastic service!! Same day and the price is great. The bouquet was lovely and really made my friends day. Was sent a video showing me the bouquet that was made and was sent emails enabling me to track the progress of the order. Would thoroughly recommend.

I have ordered twice from Venus for 2 completely different events. The flowers sent for each were perfect for their purpose & gorgeous. I was sent a video each time of the bunch they created & they emailed me as soon as they were delivered. Excellent service. I will definitely be using them again & will recommend them to others

Absolutely fantastic service from this Florist. Flowers ordered this morning and delivered by lunchtime. I cannot praise Venus flowers enough. The flowers are vibrant, colourful and just absolutely gorgeous. Venus have been in contact with myself from my order placed this morning right up until delivery. I would most certainly recommend this florist to anybody wanting to order the most gorgeous bunch of flowers. Thank you Venus! Will most certainly be ordering again soon. :)

Second time using Venus flowers and can't speak highly enough of the service. Easy to order, quick delivery and thrilled with the flowers that were delivered. Being emailed a video preview of what's being send out was a really nice feature.

Venus flowers are my absolute favourite. Gorgeous, fresh flowers, which fully bloom upon receipt. Their customer service is fantastic, they take a video of your bunch of flowers so that you know exactly what you’re sending. Perfect!

Exceptional service, I got exactly what i wanted with only a few details and got the most beautiful bunch of flowers which made a lady very happy in a time of sadness, could not have asked for better service.

Used Venus flowers for the first time and the experience was amazing. I placed my order just before 2pm and received the flowers within a few hours.

Venus flowers are amazing!! I made a mistake when ordering my flowers online and Lindsay emailed and phoned me to confirm my order and ensured my flowers were delivered to my friend and at no extra cost. The flowers were gorgeous and made my friend’s day!

My experience with venus florist has been amazing the first time i brought flowers from them made a mistake with the date on the morning i rang them and they arranged it for delivery the same day beautifully arranged flowers lasted a very long time wife loved them so i would give them 5 stars all day long

Pre-ordered flowers well in advance to be delivered before Christmas but the order wasn't fulfilled on December 23rd. Tried contacting Venus Flowers through Facebook, WhatsApp and email but no response. Will not be using again.

Beautiful bouquet delivered on time and amazing customer service

The flowers look lovely and I was impressed how quick and easy I could get them delivered. My only criticism is the flower box looked smaller than I expected for the price paid. I suppose size isn’t everything though!

Ordered a Mother's Day hatbox, website was easy to use and the flowers arrived on time as requested, early in the day which was great. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the arrangement and size for the cost. I expected it would have been a little bigger and more visually impressive. It was my mums birthday on the same day as Mother's Day so a bit of a double celebration, and I researched florists for ages before deciding on Venus, so it was such a shame that they did not hit the spot.
