Be careful when you place an order. I ordered a bouquet on Saturday 30th March to be delivered to my Aunt's address the following day, Mother's Day. Payment was accepted and the order was confirmed by email. My Aunt did not receive the bouquet I ordered and paid for. I checked my emails Sunday evening and saw that an email had been sent half an hour after placing the order saying that THE ADDRESS WAS OUT OF THE DELIVERY AREA and I would be fully refunded. I received confirmation of the refund. The order should not have been accepted. Payment should not have been taken. I WAS MISLEAD.
02/04/19. Thank you for your reply. It's simple. Your website should not have accepted my order and taken payment. You say you attempted to contact me. I do not have evidence of a missed call or voice/text message. Bad service all round.

Beautiful flowers. Recipient was very happy! Delivery driver called me when she couldn't find the address, which impressed me!

Fantastic service and amazing flowers! They were sent as a gift and the recipient was so pleased as they were very different to just sending a normal bouquet.

This is the second time I have used Venus Flowers and they are amazing, the best service and most helpful, definitely be using them again, the flowers were absolutely awesome, thank you very much, world class.

UPDATE: I have today received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, with a refund and a very personal and genuine letter of apology from Ben the Manager, which for me was unexpected and hugely appreciated. Venus have definitely redeemed themselves and I believe this was a one off, and not their normal level of service...so I will give them my custom in future.

I decided to order a funeral sheaf from this florist, as I thought I would get better quality flowers than if I ordered through the typical online florists, so I took time out of work to go into the shop to order the flowers. Order taken, payment processed. I arrived 2 days later to collect my sheaf on my way to the funeral, to be greeted with a blank expression....no record of my order. Funerals naturally are an upsetting time as it is, so to start the day that way was distressing. A bouquet was hastily made up, which was ok but bore no resemblance to what I ordered and I doubt was to the same value. Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I have written a letter of complaint, so let's see.

Delivered perfectly early...worth the money and value...look soo beautiful.

Beautiful flowers were sent to my daughter recovering from an operation. No white tulips were available but the florist rang and advised me and substituted mauve roses and peonies and the resulting bouquet was even better than the one I had ordered.

The manager was really helpful and focused on delivering outstanding customer service even in the face of adversity where the delivery van had a problem and would arrive later than planned.

The driver was also great in keeping the recipient informed and managing delivery.

A company I will use again.

I ordered some flowers for a dear friend who had suffered a bereavement and the process was so easy allowing you to add your own message and send when you requested at no additional cost . I have just received a picture of the flowers and they are just as ordered ...

I have had flowers given to me from Venus and was ALWAYS more than happy with the quality and presentation of the flowers, the roses lasted longer than I anticipated! However this was my first time ordering for someone else and I was absolutely happy with the service, I’m going to make a graduation order now and I know that Venus is now my go to flowers service (I order flowers so regularly so this really shows how much I love their work!) thank you!
