issues with account
Firstly, I want to express that I used to use VetBox for both of my dogs. Never had any issues. Found it great value for money, and got what I needed. The added treats were always a bonus.
My lower score is based on taking a break from my subscription, and then having issues with trying to get my subscription re-started. After having one of our dogs put to sleep due to old age, I popped my account on pause after updating my account to one dog (I had a few months worth of products so planned to pause it just for a few months). For some reason, this messed up my account. I could no longer log into it and after reaching out to customer support they reset my email address to set up a new account. This still didn't work. And no matter what I've tried, it won't even let me set up a new account as it always says payment failed - this is with trying multiple cards, and different email address, on desktop and on mobile. I have now given up and had to go with a different subscription brand which is a shame as it's also more expensive.

Ordered and delivery went smoothly arriving today. No problems at all. Paackaging was small enough to be delivered by Royal Mail and posted through letterbox so there was no waiting around. Excellent service

Very happy with my experience so far,I was with an other company for supply for my dogs meds,they let me down to many times and left the worming and tick schedule I had for dog I followed ,so I caused health problems for my dog and their deliveries where never on time and sometimes never existed.
