Unrealistic instructions …
The order wasn't complete when it arrived. However, the company was very apologetic and I received the second part of the order very quickly. But my main issue was the time element of keeping the dogs dry following the treatment being applied to the neck, four days! That's impossible, in particular with Springer Spaniels. Will continue with their current treatment that is two tablets, shaped like a dog treat, and taken by mouth

We know how challenging this can be, particularly with active breeds such as Springer Spaniels, and we understand that this treatment may not be the most practical option for every dog or household. We advise to keep pets dry for 48 hours post application. Good delivery sustem
The little boxes come through my letterbox on a regular basis. The only problem I have is my bank no longer pay subscriptions there having been lots of scams with subscriptions. I really need to pay some other way than my card, such as Direct Debit or Standing Order. My Insurance premium monthly payments are on Standing Order.

Definitely recommended!
I’ve been a subscription customer with VetBox since 2023! It’s easy to set up and enter your pets details, you get recommendations and optional extras, it’s displayed in a user friendly format and there’s no off putting terminology!
Vetbox is great because it eliminates the need of having to find that particular mediciation by bread, skin sensitively and weight.
It arrives through your door every month, always on time. In over 3 years I’ve never experienced a delay or a missing order. Barnie, my dog always loves having the box arrive because it includes FREE treats!
Changing and amending your subscription is simple online, updating your dogs weight etc.
It’s very competitively priced, there’s nothing else on this level. Would highly recommend

Perfect experience
Perfect experience - it takes all of the thinking out of the admin for having pets. The money comes out of my bank automatically each month, the flea/worming tablets are sent straight to my door, with full instructions. It takes all of the thinking out of it, which is perfect - life is busy!
