I had the pleasure of working with Andrea Jackson. The closing was uneventful and I never had to submit a document more than once! Andrea Jackson was a complete joy to work with! We are type “A” and really thrive in structure, knowledge and consistency. Andrea was able to meet and exceed our expectations! Highly recommend Andrea’s services as she is truly a superstar!

I don’t think I have ever written a review, partly because I am not computerish, and partly because I am old. So what I have to say is short. Our hearing and eyes, and mind are not what they once were. So, when you have people help you as much as Melissa and Jessie helped us, it is worth noting. They were willing to repeat as necessary until this veteran could wrap his mind around it. Now that took some doing. I and my wife am very grateful for their kindness and getting the job done. The end result was fantastic! We have refinanced our home mortgage with a very, very low interest rate. Our primary objectives were met. The people we worked with were just exceptional.
However, the level of detail required was both unwarranted and irritating. I spent hours gathering meaningless detailed information and the only reason given for requiring this "stuff" was a completely illogical explanation that it's required by the VA.

The home buying process can be quite confusing at times. We had a lot of questions and at times I think I asked too many questions, but Melissa and Jesse worked with us every step of the way and did a very good job of keeping us informed. The team at Veterans Loans worked very diligently in every step of the process and I am so grateful I chose Veterans Loans for our home buying process. It was simple, easy, effortless, and comforting knowing we had solid hard-working people assisting us. I would totally recommend Veterans Loans to anyone! Fantastic!!

Brandi and her assistant Erin got this loan closed in 40 days, beginning to end. Veteran's Loans is a very efficient company that tells you exactly what they will do, and how, describing what to expect. Brandi and her assistant Erin were great and kept things moving along and handled any little snags as they came up very efficiently. They explained each step in depth and any options that were available. I believe that Veteran's Loans are the best, most efficient and fastest option for mortage loans for veterans. I can't imagine anything they could have done better or faster. I am totally satisfield with them and recommend them to anyone interested in obtaining a VA loan.

I couldn’t Of had a better experience, first time home buyer so didn’t really know what was going on, but between them and my realtor it couldn’t of been easier, was in constant communication with me about everything that was going on and why it was, and kept me up to date and really was just a huge help, working 6 days a week doesn’t leave much time for anything, but it was just all emails and document signing online which was perfect for me.

Andrea Jackson and Kristie Head are a true assets to the organization. They are knowledgeable, great listeners and very positive. These are the qualities that were instrumental in getting my deal done.(Which was not a cake walk).
I was so impressed I am currently looking at financing my other properties with your organization.
Unlike other financial institutions Andrea and Kristie keen insight into what challenges we needed to over come and explaining the reasons why was instrumental in my willingness not to give up in the final approval pro cess.
They took the time to listen and always be half full in there approach.

Brittany and Lois handled all of our refinancing needs and made the process quick and painless. From start to finish, we refinanced our home within 30 days, and that’s even amid the coronavirus shutdown. Lois was very prompt with replies and communicated efficiently. Majority of the communication was done electronically, via email, which I appreciate. I def commend. Easy peasy!
