Extremely sensitive and caring service but also efficient and professional . From the call handlers to the vet himself , these guys made an extremely difficult situation bearable and we felt cared for in such a time of grief.

I’ve relied on Veteris twice, for my cats. Both times were odd times and each time, I’ve received nothing but care, comfort and thoughtful support when my anxiety was skyrocketing. In particular, I found the consistent and careful communication and updates of arrival very very helpful. I’ve had two different vets and both were thoughtful, through, considerate and skilled at handling a mini tiger with a rotten attitude. Thank you for helping my cats and myself at difficult times.

The vet they have there absolutely man handled my poor baby and was so rough and uncompassionate, does not seem like a place you should trust taking your animals. They have water leaves from their ceilings it’s just catastrophic

One of the hardest things our family has ever had to go through was saying goodbye to our beloved dog, Hunter. During such a difficult and emotional time, the vets and the entire team were absolutely incredible.

From the moment we arrived, they treated us with kindness, compassion and genuine care. Their calm nature, reassuring words and understanding made an unbearable situation so much more manageable. They gave us the time, space and support we needed, and we never felt rushed or alone.

We will always be grateful for the dignity, respect and comfort they provided to both our Hunter and our family. Thank you to everyone involved for helping us through such a heartbreaking moment. We couldn’t have asked for better care ❤️

Amazing vet emergency call out service dr Vinh was brilliant, very gentle but thorough when examining my dog and very helpful we would definitely recommend this service to other pet owners and use the service again ourselves if we’re ever in an emergency again! Thanks again 😊

The whole Home visit from the vet to euthanise our little dog which I’ve never experienced before was great communication from the surgery was good from the start. I know from the very first phone call the vet she was absolutely lovely. Explained everything that was gonna happen unfortunately he couldn’t have his first injection by IV so she explained that he would wander around and it wasn’t pleasant but everything was done very respectfully and for that I know I’m so grateful and they arranged to have my dog cremated and then the ashes were returned to the vets and they sent them out to us with a beautiful note and some Daisy seeds and it was all done so very very nicely respectfully and you know as kind to me and my dog as I possibly could do and I would recommend them 100% like I said they’re not my normal vet you know this wasn’t an emergency but I would recommend anybody going through this to use them. Excellent emergency service when my dogs life was in danger. Rapid response from the vet Eric. When he arrived he very quickly assessed the urgency and got straight to work. He remained until he was satisfied my dog had recovered and told us what to watch out for over the next few days. The receptionist Debbie was also amazing and contact me with updates. I would highly recommend Veteris! Eric literally saved my dogs life! Thank you

An out of hours Sunday call out. Fantastic service throughout. The initial call was so reassuring and the vet who attended was amazing and so kind.

Highly recommended. They were respectful and sympathetic at a very sad time, for which we are very grateful.

Amazing emergency vet team - would highly recommend! We were so worried about our boy when he went in - he was so lethargic, vomiting. They got him into good spirits soon after getting him on an IV and did extensive tests to rule out any conditions more serious than the expected gastroenteritis.

Fantastic, all the care and knowledge of a practice but in the comfort of your own home. My dog was seen and treated in a few hours (on a Friday night) by a lovely vet.

We used Veteris for an emergency home visit for our cat Picasso after he was injured, and the veterinary care itself was excellent. The vets who attended were professional, compassionate and extremely reassuring during a stressful situation.
My original review reflected frustration around delays and lack of communication regarding the insurance paperwork rather than the medical treatment itself. After posting the review, Louis (one of the directors) contacted us personally, investigated the matter thoroughly and helped resolve the situation very quickly. It appears that at least part of the delay may actually have been caused by issues between the insurer and the claims process rather than by Veteris directly.
Once escalated, everything was handled promptly and professionally, and our insurer has now approved the claim.
No system is perfect, and I still think communication around insurance/admin could be improved, but overall we remain very happy with the care Picasso received and grateful to the Veteris team.

My dad had to make the incredibly difficult decision to put his beloved cat, Bear, to sleep at home today. Vet Alex was extraordinary throughout the entire experience. From the moment he arrived, he was calm, gentle, and deeply empathetic. He took his time examining Bear, speaking to him softly, and explaining every step with such care and respect.
Alex created an atmosphere of peace during one of the hardest moments my dad has ever faced. He ensured Bear was comfortable, pain‑free, and treated with dignity right until the end. His compassion extended to my dad — giving him space, patience, and reassurance when he needed it most.
My dad is profoundly grateful for Alex’s kindness and professionalism. It takes a special person to handle such emotional moments with so much grace, and my dad will always remember the comfort he brought to Bear and to him.
