5 years insuring my cat with VETSURE well worth every penny.
I have been insuring my cat with VETSURE for approx' 5 years . I had to make a claim last week and the claim went direct to Vetsure , through my vet 'Westover vets' in North Walsham, ( whom I also recommend ) Westover vets, originally recommended Vetsure to me. I didn't have to pay anything up front, it all was handled by Westover vets, who got in touch with 'Vetsure' for me. Then today, a few days after my last visit to the vets,, Jake from Vetsure got in touch with me just to verify the details for me, then with no problems at all, went ahead and ok'd the payment to my Westover surgery. I found that Vetsure were lovely on the phone, caring and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for them, answering any questions. They also asked how my cat was doing and were very pleased that things were looking up for him. They finished by adding , that anything they could do for me, not to hesitate in getting back in touch with them if needed. How very kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Also to note that the people running 'Vetsure' are vets themselves. You can ask their advise over the phone about your pet as well if needed. I pay a monthly subscription which is not too dear, and of which is so well worth it, and gives me peace of mind. I thoroughly recommend 'VETSURE' 100% to anyone insuring their pet. I am so glad I did.

They do pay for treatment without quibbling
I’d like to thank vetsure pet insurance. As my dog has got older, she’s needed expensive medical treatment. Vetsure have been there and paid for this. No clauses that catch you out. No refusal to pay for what my dog needs. Prompt claim management. And a very nice and helpful customer services team who answer questions and seem to be empowered to solve problems as they arise.
Like all companies, they aren’t perfect and some claims have taken longer than others to address. But what I will say is that they have been there when it’s mattered and been very reasonable and fair about paying for treatment that has massively improved by senior dogs quality of life.

For peace of mind
I made the decision to get a quote from Vetsure having received a promotional email. Having received the quote, there was no pressure to take out the policy, but I decided to go ahead.
