Able to organise from local vets leaflet. There are so many pet insurance plans,yours seemed to be middle priced. My cat came with 4 weeks free insurance from the cats protection organisation . so it gave me time to shop around.

Excellent advisor. Very knowledgeable. Also polite and friendly. It didn’t feel like a conversation with a disengaged person who is just reading out questions and policy info which can sometimes happen with insurance quotes.

Excellent responsive service
Have had a policy with them for 2 years for our 7 year old labrador. Selected them after detailed comparison of coverage and costs and reviews across several companies. Premium policy so not cheap but policy covers covers good amounts per condition and a range of extra services such as hydrotherapy. Worth every penny. Our dog has developed some ongoing problems with his front legs and they have responded very helpfully and efficiently and the initial claim of about £2k for vet and CT costs has been settled very rapidly. Completely recommend.
