For peace of mind
I made the decision to get a quote from Vetsure having received a promotional email. Having received the quote, there was no pressure to take out the policy, but I decided to go ahead. It was really easy to apply on line, with everything confirmed in minutes. I feel happy now i have insurance for my pet for that “you never know what might happen” situation.

Beverly was A Lovely Lady, with First Class People skills, good sense of humour, Extremely Professional. The Lady I spoke to last time was the same to. You are lucky to have two First Class staff like them.
The process takes far too long. There’s no need to go through every T&C’s and a break down of the Insurance T & C’s. If people are that stupid then tough. If people don’t read or know most of it, unlucky. Far too much Woke/PC rubbish for me. It’s like politicians

Been with Vetsure for 10 years
Been with Vetsure for 10 years with our cat and they are superb. We've made two claims and both times paid out with no quibbling.
One time they made a billing mistake and sent our cat a little apology gift, which was a nice touch.
They are slightly more expensive than others but I trust Vetsure from what I have seen.
