I didn't think that this company made things easy for me, i was pestered with constant reminders about getting hold of people which to be honest is not my job to do, and the fact that they don't rind potential references from people is ridiculous!!

Just to let you know, the auto-reminder emails are sent to both the referee and the candidate, as we have found that most candidates want to be updated with any outstanding references so they can either speak with their referee or change the details.
