Disappointing performance
Disappointing performance
1. Do not allow over lap of leasing agreement date which happens in real life, forced to make things up
2. Do not accept learner driver license number
Without a clear reason and need to submit ticket and wonder if this would fix it.
Is it the first time someone submit a learners driver license?
3. Not able to process crystal clear passport scan using Canon office copier/ scanner
OCR only take seconds to complete, especially they are the same printed fonts on passport, what is the point of the extended wait? If it is a living person, this would have been done without asking for passport upload again
Do not make sense and just wasting time
All questions are provided from vetting themselves, so it is still not able to perfect the automation with such controlled environment and prolonged period of time?

1. We understand leasing agreement dates can overlap at times, however the DBS guidelines don't allow for address overlap on digital applications, which is why this isn't possible to enter on VETTING.com.
2. Learner/Provisional driving licences are accepted. We saw your email into Support this morning and responded with the data entry fix that allowed us to submit the check.
3. We believe this is in reference to your right to work check. I've checked the system and the error message you would have been shown is 'Name Mismatch' as your passport has a different name to the name entered into VETTING.com. We will make contact with your prospective employers to explain the situation so they can amend your name and request the check again.
Once again I'm very sorry your experience with us has been disappointing, and thank you for your feedback. This has been forwarded on internally.
