This is way to intense some areas was repetitive and I was unable to save half way to get additional documents so I saved and continue which left out some areas. Please make it more customer friendly and allow for mid way saving to continue where you left off

Invalid Licence Number format when license was correct.
The major problem, still unresolved after an hour trying to complete the form, was the fact that it refused to accept the correct number for my ACT license, when typed exactly as it appears on my licence and insisted that this was an Invalid Licence Number format. The application form also wanted a card number which my license doesn't have.
I have spent a couple of hours this morning trying to contact the company. I could not find a contact point on their website.
I will now go to the requesting organisation to ask that a different company do the check (I have zero concerns about the outcome of the check).
Completion of forms should be possible within a reasonable period of time I regret that this was not the case.
This afternoon I had a call from the organisation. I was advised that I had discovered a critical fault in their form as my licence apparently has few digits than is normal and my number was put in manually by the caller on my behalf. For the second problem there was in very tiny print a card number on my licence that I had never noticed (I have been driving in the ACT for more than 40 years) and I have no idea how long that number has existed. Those two problems solved the check was able to go through.
To summarise this sorry saga. The site was not user friendly and it proved impossible for me to make contact through either chat or a phone call. The company needs to address both these issues. They also need to address the problem of older licence numbers so that the system recognises them as being valid. Finally they need to make it clear where the C number is found on a licence as I suspect that like me most people have no idea of its existence.
The call that I received was friendly and she was trying to be and was helpful. The problem was that this help was not available when needed and consequently hours were wasted trying to get assistance and trying to find where I could seek assistance.
While the problem was eventually solved the wasted time and frustration in trying to get correct information accepted means that my experience was almost totally negative and therefore the single star .

What I do note are the key points you have made with regards to telephone support being available, alongside functional platform updates and direction on specific requests that the platform makes from candidates. This is always extremely helpful and our in house development function has already been on the case.
I am really pleased that you had a positive experience when you received a response by telephone, and I hope that went some way to transforming the overall experience.

They send email alerts to referees despite none provided. They ask for phone numbers but have no provision to do so. I mean what a joke !
Lastly, they even reply to emails copying employers getting personal about your character and ability based on the emails you had with them. So they are HR as well lol.

I will keep this brief - our screening service is reliant on the exact parameters set by our customers, the companies and organisations that hold accounts with us. We provide the ability for our customers to have their account exactly as they need and want it to be. However, we are also bound by the rules, legislation and guidance specific to the checks we provide.
Certain verifications must conform to the requirements of the check, legally. In your case this was not an issue with regards to the platform or our service, more that legal verifications in conjunction with the legal parameters of a check could not be met for specific reasons.
With regards to information sharing, our email was only a "reply all" to an email that you had already sent, providing absolute clarity on our internal processes in conjunction with legal requirements.
We take pride in our service provision, and in line with this we take pride in being absolutely credible in doing so. We take our reputation extremely seriously, and only ever take the path that is right, with integrity. We simply will not bend the rules.
I hope that you can fully understand the position that we take, as a credible background screening solution provider.
