Frustrating app
I became frustrated with the instructions given, and also the app. I completed my application on my mobile phone.
The instruction set indicated the documents that I may use to prove my identity, but did not seem to provide clear instructions that I would require ALL of them to complete the procedure.
The app was good until dates needed to be entered. No drop down date options, can't just type in the date. No. Tapping on the calendar arrows to go back ONE MONTH AT A TIME to my birth date - are you kidding? Not even an arrow to go back one year at a time! Bloody hopeless.
