These guys are brilliant. Firstly the contact details for support are easy to find. They dont make you run around or talk to a chatbot to get an answer. Secondly when you email support, their response is prompt and always helpful - which is necessary when you are starting a new job and it depends on your DBS being finalised asap - so they've really helped speed things up. Also added bonus, the reminder email you get when one of your references hasnt completed the form is also great as you can bug them and move things along
