I needed support getting references…
I needed support getting references completed. After contacting support I was able to get the references sent to my new employer. A relief as I wasn't getting anywhere emailing without this support.

The forms are way too long- i don't know why you cant just take2/ 3 references to check rather than making me add almost my whole CV. Wasn't happy with the process- the system was sometimes misleading, where it had told me i hadn't filled out a specific section, when in actual fact i had

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry you found the screening process too long, unfortunately those were the background checks requested by your employer, but I will pass this feedback on internally to see if there is anything we can do to shorten the process.
With regards to your references, the time period and number of references requested are outlined by the employer, which in your circumstance was 2 years without gaps longer than 4 weeks. I can see you've added back to 2016 which, although wasn't required, will be useful to your potential employer I'm sure.

I'd highly recommend them due to their personal, yet professional service, and excellent communication and customer service.
I recently engaged with Vetting.com regarding digital right-to-work checks for my recruitment business. Following an initial call with Robin, I was passed on to my account manager, Jade, who gave me a lot of time and talked through the various service options available to me. Jade then signed me up for a month's free trial.
