My team and I usually work with Mary, who has always been super speedy in correcting any issues we may have (usually user error)! She provides constant updates and is continually educating us on how to make the system do more things we love, helping make our lives as a HR team easier!
While Mary personally is great, there have been times when she has been on leave and the rest of her team have always picked up our queries just as fast and professional as she would - never disappointed!

Great service
A great service with staff that are up early to fix my problem ( my system wouldn’t download the link🙄) so they sent me an attachment in minutes and the work is now complete.

Super fast and great support
Portal is great to use and whilst there is always room for improvement on the portal side, their support is first class. Fast to respond and with relevant answers - it's all you could ask for.

Vetting was absolutely amazing. Staff are the best!
Vetting was absolutely amazing to me. I spoke with 2 team members and I couldn’t believe the how fats they responded to me! They were both so very helpful fixing up my referees and resending emails then emailing me to ask if they could do anything else to help. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend Vetting to any company.

It was user friendly and easy to follow prompts as I go along in filling what is required. Close monitoring of its progress is very good and letting me know that my referee(s) are not responding was very good so that I am aware of what is happening so far.
