The system was very easy to understand
The system was very easy to understand, I had some issues with my current employer as they outsourced the references.
I spoke with a colleague named Jade, they were amazing, helped me throughout and obtained my references from the 3rd party and supported me with the completion of the vetting process.

It was quick and mostly simple.
It was quick and mostly simple.
However the taxation and super electronic forms are not perfect and you still have to print them out and then try and scan, save and re-upload them which is more time consuming and inconvenient than completing a paper form.
Otherwise very helpful and smoothe process.

We've looked into your screening and can't see a part that required any printing. Certain checks require photos of your ID documents to be uploaded to the system. We appreciate you taking the time to scan your documents! For next time, you can also take a quick picture on your phone and upload this, which might simplify things for you. Trial

Brilliant company. Helpful staff
I had to complete my references through vetting.com for my new role that I start in September. They were extremely helpful and really quick to respond to me.
My references were complicated to get hold of but they were great at supporting me with that and helping me find alternative routes.
Jade Levison was my main point of contact and she was brilliant!
