Assessor was excellent, rest of service VERY annoying
The assessor was excellent and very pleasant - I liked him (although he did arrive half an hour before the four-and-a-half-hour slot agreed). However, the rest of the company has annoyed me quite a bit with their multiple messages - for example, on the first day after the service was contacted by my agent (which was a Wednesday, my busiest day, when I never have a moment to breathe from 7am to 11pm) I got a message from Vibrant asking me to make an appointment, and I thought "I'll do that tomorrow", but I then got two more messages that same day, and another two the next morning, before I had a chance to do anything about them. This added a lot of stress to an already stressful day. Then the sheer number of reminders about the appointment was totally unnecessary, especially as the assessor turned up outside the agreed slot anyway!

Eye opening and Informative
the inspector explained how my building was being assessed and pointed out how my fittings could be classified. Felt a little pressurised on the follow up after booking my inspection but all in all the experience was efficient and informative highlighting what were pluses in the inspection

Rubbish service
I had a call from the individual doing the EPC to ask if I could attend early. Had to call 1.5 hours after agreed time to see where he was, told would be 1 hour -1.5 hours. Chased again after 2.25 hours told he would be a couple minutes. So asked to get to the property early and then arrives over 4 hours later. Not a great experience. EPC is questionable as when he went to inspect the loft advised assumed insulation without checking, would be able to if he had brought a ladder. Very unprofessional in my opinion!

Checkout Report Significant Errors
Vibrant conducted a checkout review of a rented property I manage. The review missed significant damage to the property, including broken window, holes in the carpet and un approved painting. The reports quality was very poor and clearly not reviewed against the state of the property in the check-in report.
