I have 4 Victorian Sliders Sash Windows and one of them became faulty after eight years.
The level of support I received was very reassuring and I was promptly given the correct parts (replacement springs, shoes and covers) so that a repair could be done.
There is no one more happier than me with the level of customer service I received.

If you live on a busy road, I cannot stress higly enough to avoid these windows. Our 30+ year old double glazed windows were looking very tired and did not suit our cottage, so we decided to invest in some sash windows to add character. Big mistake.
Our house is now so noisy I have to keep checking that the windows are shut, which of course they are. These windows condensate badly, are draughty and let most of the traffic noise through. The brush seals are like those fitted to 90's sliding conservatory doors and are horrendous. Granted, the windows do look better than the old ones in style, but these were absolutely not worth a penny that we spent on them, and at nearly a grand each we feel we have completely wasted our money.
The fittings feel poor quality and they don't slide smoothly, one window was even grabbing the seal and forcing it up and out of its channel. This was sorted with some superglue but not what we expected for the money.
Not the fault of ecoslide, but due to a mistake with the order from our supplier, we didn't even get the off white woodgrain effect we asked for, so we are stuck with 4 grand's worth of bulky bright white UPVC white plastic windows that we were keen to avoid by going down the 'heritage' route.
Having said that, proper timber sash windows would have cost 5x the amount, so as with most things in life, you get what you pay for.

I’ve been an installer of VS for 15 years as a sole trader.
Now out the blue they won’t supply me and can only get the windows through a window Ltd company.
I have potentially 30 windows to order and they have rejected me ?
Strange things goings on ???? At this company?
Has anyone had this problem.
Or do you know of a trade supplier?

Had all the front of our cottage replaced with Victorian sliders windows.
Windows look great!
After 2 years we noticed a fault and Victorian sliders responded quickly and replaced windows. We also took the opportunity to convert some fixed sides into sliders (our mistake when ordering).
The customer care team were excellent (shout out to Julie who kept me updated with my order).
Installers were first class and a real asset to the company. Had an issue installing some of the replacement windows on the visit - a house structural issue - not windows!
Engineer refused to be beaten. Promised to find a solution and within a couple of weeks returned and replaced the windows with another colleague.
Pleasure to have the installers in my property - don’t often say that about other workmen!
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Victorian Sliders - love my windows!

These windows are utter rubbish. My builder chose them and I have been horrified at the quality since they were delivered. Having paid 9.5K for windows (2 bays, 2 bathroom windows, small kitchen, small bedroom) I expected a much higher quality product than that delivered. They are ugly, made of cheap plastic with a horrible finish - some of the fittings are akin to a cheap plastic plug socket. Worst of all is the grey 'brush' that dominates the window in multiple strips down the externals and on every pane inside - it is astoundingly ugly and something I have never seen before. I cannot fathom how the manufacturers think this grey brush is in anyway appealing to the consumer - any other heritage window supplier (i.e Roseview windows) conceals it. In addition, the grey brush in on the inside of the window is horribly visible when the window is opened. I have had 1 bay and 2 bathroom windows installed so far - there are chips, bits that are not conjoined properly and external staining. The quality is so poor I cannot bring myself to install any of the other windows ordered. The finish is awful - the brush is uneven and the corners don't align. Once you open the window you see cheap plastic, holey insides covered in mangy grey brush - not a high end, heritage product that I anticipated. Did they have synthetic grey brush in the Victorian era??!!! I feel sick I have spent so much money on these - money that will be wasted as they are too ugly to install any further windows.

Remit was to compliment a 19th Century Cottage, the vertical sliders in Chartwell Green with run-through horns and applied astragal bars are a perfect fit - picks out the Orange Granite facade so well - it is really hard to detect that they are not timber. Beautiful job - many thanks Victorian Sliders.

I would never buy their windows. I have had nothing but problems with them since they have been installed. The windows have never been able to be closed properly. Window catches breaking. Coil/Spring broken. Parts going ping. Wendow seals breakng up with the sun. Had Victoran Sliders out to look at the windows but still the same problem. Can't get parts for them. Will not entertain the end user. DO NOT BUY THESE WINDOWS. There is no one who will repair them. They were installed October 2018 and have had nothing but problems. Sick to the teeth.

Ordered some replacement parts under warranty. They arrived quickly and without fuss. A great improvement from customer services and aftersales.

We have been dealing with this company for years now …we have had nothing but a 5 star service with excellent customer service from Emily … nothing is ever too hard for them when dealing with our orders …

Had three sash windows fitted by BKR in Herne bay, all three are drafty and worse than the ones replaced. Have been onto the company but have to go through the fitter. Honest to god not worth the money! Quality is shocking! Window locks, dodgy glass, all bad, need I say more! Avoid

I emailed the wrong department but was sent a quick and clear response with the action required to get everything sorted . Lisa is Very professional and helpful .

Well I never give any company a bad review I normally keep it to myself,
40 years in the window game but these amateurs in sales are unbelievable been trying to place an order for nearly 2 weeks god knows what the after sales is like. They came recommended too

We fitted Victorian Sliders sash windows a few year ago now for a customer, recently a couple of the sash mechanisms failed. Victorian sliders on both occasions supplied the new parts with delivery all for free. Its was a prompt reply to our initial requests and parts were out to us within a day. Great customer service.
