needed some prices and very quick and helpful on the phone when I've needed to talk to them about orders etc

Our new sash windows have been a disastrous experience from start to finish; project started on 6 June 2023, VS engineer promised by Customer Care to be here first thing today to replace sashes (again) and at 15H00 still no sight nor sound of the man. Poor quality overall; inconsistent tolerances throughout all 10 windows; absolutely dire post sales support and zero accountability in terms of their commitments 'offered'. I honestly wish I had never begun the exchange of all the windows in our home.

Purchased for new build to meet new regs.
Just found out windows aren’t Pas24 approved and may not meet BC requirements??
How can this be possible???

I have been using Victorian sliders for years and as of yet l have not had one problem.
Everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful.
I use no one else

Great company and always polite and helpful. Dealt with them for many years and the customer care team are always quick to help if I ever get a problem .

I purchased a number of voctorian slider sash windows. The spring in one has broken and the company who fitted them has gone out of business.
Total nightmare trying to get any help and just utterly dis-interested. They gave me a number of suggested names for a repairer but when you contact them no one is interested in touching them!
It looks like I will now have to go to another firm to fit a completely new window...what a disgrace

I might just as well not rung them. after 6 attempts I got through and they told me the double glazed unit that had broken down is not covered by them to the householder. The total cost was over £7000 last year for the units and they treat me like this. Beware of this dreadful company. You WILL regret it eventually. The message on this site from them to me - and others is just to make them look good --- I'm disgusted. -----Today 07/09/2023 Please ignore this new message from this company, I have been to the "recommended" companies and they will have nothing to do with this repair job even if I have to pay -WHY, I cannot divulge their opinion Victorian sliders for legal reasons. Again ask the company you intend to deal with and insist they do not order anything from Victorian sliders - added to this I have been asked to send details of the job number it is -- 125981 - delivery note Direct view Ltd 8/13

Great service from the sales support team in the office and Leon out on site. Faults came to light on a couple of windows more than 5 years after installation.
All faults were remedied with minimal inconvenience.

I have been speaking with Emily in the Marketing Department and she has been really helpful with providing marketing materials to us so we can showcase the ECOSlide window to our customers. Polite, helpful and quick to respond :)

Whenever we need sash windows we always use Victorian sliders , their product is great and the service is good. We usually deal with one person for our area which is Gracie . She is friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Never a dull phone call!
