I’ve been with Victorstone for over 10 years, last year my property was rented out for £2,500 this year they managed to rent the property out for £3,150. They are highly professional, super proactive and keep me up to date with my property. Trisha was extremely good at keeping me up to date with my property, she was kind, professional and bubbly. Exactly what you want from an agent!

Anisul was a star! Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful agent. Explained everything thoroughly and eased our concerns with advice! Made the entire process smooth and effortless. The best viewing I’ve experienced, I would recommend him to anyone.

She was personable, warm, and very calm. She was honest and not just in a rush to close the sale, she wanted to ensure the property matched my requirements closely.

The service has been excellent in the last few months and we were therefore happy to sign up for another year. Everything we have asked for has been done and there is always someone there to deal with our queries and requests.
Hopefully this will continue throughout the year

Trisha was patient and understanding, and did her very best to secure my deal. She gave me sincere advice and knew exactly the ins and outs of each of my enquiries. Thank you Trisha !!!

The agent Jordan was patient and enthusiastic during the viewing, explained the property details clearly, and genuinely helped me communicate with the landlord to sort things out. The attitude was positive and the communication went smoothly throughout. In the end, I managed to secure the flat – overall a really great experience!

I have found the experience from start to finish extremely refreshing in the fact that I had a clear and easy direct line of communication with my agent (Anisul). I felt that any issues or queries I had were personally being taken care of and as a student, I have been extremely impressed with the time and effort taken to break down every step of the process. Would highly recommend.

Victorstone made every aspect of our property search and renting easy. We had been struggling to find a place where we felt safe and trusted the agents we were working with. Victorstone and Anisul, our agent, changed this. From the moment we called them, they quickly took our criteria and found us a placed we loved the same day. Anisul was fantastic, he answered all our queries and kept us informed at every step. He made sure we felt confident in the place we were going to live. Since then every experience we had with them through the renting process was direct and easy. I would definitely recommend.
