Target was to sell a much loved nostalgic family owned maisonette, before August 2024. Victorstone literally got straight to it…., no time was wasted! Online advertising platforms set up within days of photo shoot, good selling experience, managed to attract potential buyers from all walks of life, creating a healthy competition amongst buyers enabled me to reach a sale price which my family was very happy with. They managed to arrange several slots of block booking, very challenging to do as the property was still multi tenanted. Thanks to Hira, along with her sales team pushed with challenging issues and went out of there way to make sure everything went smoothly. The run up to completion involved a lot of lease issues, and legal jargon via solicitors, Hira, and her sales team always made sure we were kept informed and updated by telephone and email. Fantastic little gem of an agent on city road, would definitely use again for selling properties in the future!

Don’t pay rents on time to Landlord and very poor customer service when following up on things. Say they will do something but need to be contacted repeatedly to ensure it is done.

Victorstone duped us into taking a really bad flat in 2022. During this time we lived under horribly conditions such as mold, btw because of which I have persistent bronchitis. No working boiler aka no hot water or heating, which was unlivable in winters. We weren't informed about these things before hand. We finally left the flat, and our only request was to release our deposit as early as possible, as a sign of good will ( if that even exists in their dictionary). And guess what they delayed out payment until they were forced to release it. Honestly how this company is still afloat baffles me, but they customer service is some of the worst ive ever seen. They treat tenants like they are doing them a favour by providing flats- a service that they get paid to do. I will never use this company again and will ask others to beware as well

Great service from Aaliyah, Aken and Saira. I inquired about a flat on their website before even moving to the UK, and Aaliyah got in touch with me almost immediately. She and her colleagues were all super helpful, always quick to respond, and happy to answer the many, many questions we had about the lease and move-in process.

Victorstone owe us rent money, which was paid by the tenant at the end of February 2024. They have repeatedly sent us statements to claim that it was paid to us on 22nd March 2024. However, I have had to resort to sending them bank statements to prove that they never actually made the payment, someone has just entered it on their system as paid.

Went to view a flat through Victorstone.

I found that the office team was very efficient and booked me in right away, sent me an email and chat message confirming my viewing.

Once I arrived I was surprised to find many people there to the point it was hard to walk through the property properly and I was uncomfortable asking questions on the spot. It also put a lot of pressure to give an offer as people were 'competing on the spot' for the property.

Overall I was not very happy with the viewing experience and will in future avoid any group viewings as this simply isn't acceptable to me, especially not to inform people that they would be expecting that.

I had the pleasure of working with Newvaina Dmello, and I felt really lucky to have her as my real estate agent. She respected my preference for communication via WhatsApp rather than phone calls, and the entire interaction was very smooth and professional. Newvaina made the entire experience enjoyable and hassle-free. She truly stands out from experiences I've had with agents from other agencies, who often disrupted my working hours with unnecessary calls and irrelevant information. Working with Newvaina was a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a stress-free property search and purchase.

I instructed Victorstone to sell my property on a whim, having received one of their marketing communications. I’d already tried selling using a local agent without success, they had no strategy to generate interest beyond posting to the usual property portals and gradually lowering the price. Eventually they wanted to reduce below the price I needed to achieve for my property, so I just gave up.

Victorstone were different. Having responded to their marketing communication, I had a conversation with one of their agents Hira and she talked me through their proposed strategy. This involved soft marketing through their own network and social media channels prior to launching on Rightmove, Zoopla, etc. This generated several viewing enquiries which were lined up for an open house on a single day, minimising disruption to my tenants who were still living in the property and creating a buzz among the prospective buyers who attended. Following the open house several competing offers were received, leading to a “best and final” situation and an offer at my desired price.

But Victorstone’s work didn’t stop there. The sale process was not straightforward, the buyer was initially unable to secure a mortgage so Hira put them in touch with a trusted mortgage broker who found a willing lender and agreed a mortgage in principle. Next there was a problem on my side as a boundary dispute affecting the property was making the lender nervous. I needed to get it resolved urgently as my tenants had moved out and my mortgage fixed rate had expired. Hira found me a contractor to carry out the work with only a few days’ notice. They did a fantastic job and the boundary dispute was resolved, then within a few days we were able to exchange and complete on the sale.

Hira and her colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful and proactive throughout. We spent many hours on the phone talking through the challenges and coming up with productive solutions. She was available whenever I needed her, communicating over WhatsApp outside of office hours and even from abroad while she was on holiday! By the end I felt like our relationship had progressed further than vendor / agent, I really trusted her. I’ve already asked for her help selling another property of mine located outside of London. I’m convinced Victorstone will do more to find buyers than local agents, even operating outside their usual market.

I was looking for flat to move in with my partner and our little baby girl 👶 3 months old, I liked one of the properties was advertised by Victorstone Estate agents. The reply from Talha was very quick and efficient and also Xavier follow up on my request straight away on the next day, the property was a bit above my budget but Xavier went above and beyond trying to find a suitable accommodation for myself and matching the budget and requirements. We are still trying to find a good deal for long term but I am so satisfied with the service and response in general. Great team in professional manner, well done 👏
