Victorstone Reviews

I have recently purchased an apartment in Dubai from Victorstone and I could not be more happy with it! The building itself was extraordinary but the thing that made this experience a memorable one was the staff. They were absolutely fantastic. They listened to my concerns and were just very kind and considerate in general. Buying a building from abroad was one of the most daunting things I’ve ever done, but Victorstone made the transition an easy one. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

THE worst experience

Absolutely unprofessional from the start. The agent arrived at the open house late and couldn't get hold of the tenant for 20 mins, constantly blaming the tenant for it - could be, but you should have been there before us to check. Anyway, we loved the place so put an offer in which was quickly accepted. Happy days.
Unfortunately, the agent forgot to mention to the seller "the smallest" detail when presenting the offer - AKA our required move in date. When this came up weeks later (after a question from our side) obviously it created a whole drama with the seller and we almost lost the property.
We then finally reached an agreement and went ahead with the process. Bear in mind this was 3 months later the offer was accepted, so solicitors were heavily stuck into the documentation at this point.
Until, one day, the seller out of the blue dis-instructed the agency and pulled out of the process and we have no idea why. Not one call, not one explanation from the agency. And you bet, they won't pick up any of our calls.
Surprisingly, the only time the owner of the agency called me back (by mistake I'm sure) he had been in bed ill for over a week and was now urgently needed in a meeting. Never heard back from any of them.
I would avoid at all cost.

Aken and Aaliyah were very helpful and friendly, service was quick and easy!

I can only say my experience was okay with Aaliyah. She was amazing and attentive to all of our issues. She is an amazing individual and I only saw things done when I Spoke with her. Additionally, her kindness and attention to detail regarding my experience with the company was the saving grace.

Aken is the agent who helped me find a nice studio to stay in London.
I think Aken is a friendly and professional staff in his business. He told me detailed information about the studio as well as helped me to communicate with the property manager about some revisions I requested on the lease agreement.
Everything goes well.

With absolute patience and efficiency.

I had a very bad experience with this company. Personally, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I made an offer to rent a flat through this company’s agent, which was accepted by the landlord, but 3 days after, the landlord told the agent that the flat was actually not available and suggested another flat in the same property. The agent told the landlord that I was happy to take the alternative flat WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I found this out by email communication between the landlord and the agent.

The agent kept this information from me for several days and disclosed only 3 days before my scheduled moving date, to make sure that I would not be able to seek any other options. He even implied that no other landlord would take me because my visa application was pending (which had been already approved at that time, btw).

I had no choice but to take the alternative flat even though I didn’t really like it because otherwise I would be a homeless. As my lease is 12 months contract, I will remember this horrible experience every time I wake up in the flat for the next 365 days.

Aken, was massive help showing round the property, he also managed to answer and find out information that I needed, promptly thank you very much for that

Had a great experience with Aaliyah Handi, a wonderful member of your team! She is incredibly kind and professional, her attitude is amazing and she is so driven. Really helped me and my partner find a beautiful space together, thank you Aaliyah!

Quick experience, Aaliyah was kind, efficient, and quick in her work. She kept us updated with everything happening throughout securing our Apartment

Arbaz was very responsive and helpful throughout the process!

They respond to any enquiries quickly, and I am happy with my new flat !

My experience with Arbaz was incredibly pleasant. He was helpful and helped me secure my top choice property. He answered any query promptly and was highly professional.

The service was exemplary from the viewing to administrative procedures. Aken viewing was informative and professional. The remaining staff I had contact with were equally helpful and professional.

Aken is a great estate agent, he was professional at all times, kind & knowledgeable. He helped me find my new home

I had the privilege of working with an outstanding real estate rental agent in London. His strong communication skills and personalized guidance made my rental process seamless. He understood my needs, ensuring the properties they showed me aligned with my lifestyle. From viewings to lease negotiations, his support was invaluable. I felt like I had a friend guiding me, and his honesty and expertise were refreshing. If you're looking for a dedicated agent who truly cares, I highly recommend Talha. Thanks to him, I found the perfect rental and a trusted partner for the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Aaliyah in our search for a flat in the UK. Despite we were based in Shanghai and contending with the time difference, Aaliyah was always prompt and efficient in communicating with us throughout the entire rental contract signing process.

She introduced us to several properties before we found the perfect one. The flat we eventually settled on is not only conveniently located in terms of transportation but is also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Our Schnauzer absolutely adores the new place!

Aaliyah's dedication to finding the right fit for her clients is commendable. We are deeply grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a property in the UK.

The Agent Arbaz, who I worked with during my tenancy has been very helpful from the beginning to the end.
