Victorstone Reviews

Bryan was a great agent and was very knowledgeable about the flat during the viewing. Appreciated it.

Bryan and Aaliyah where both extremely helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. Really happy to have finally dealt with an agency with kind people working for them.

Bryan was very helpful and friendly! Thank you!

Avoid this company if you are a tenant and want your deposit back in the end. It has been over a month since I moved out and I have not received mine. They just don't respond.

Very nice people. On time and keep in contact.

Hi Everyone,

I would like to say thank you to dear Aaliya for her natural simpathy and for her professional advice..

Best regards
Ana

I had the pleasure of working with the sales team at Victorstone when purchasing our new home. I could not be happier with the level of service they provided. Friendly
throughout the entire process they were incredibly responsive to all of my questions and concerns.

In particular, I have to give a special shoutout to Alessandro, an absolute legend, great help, and great customer service he went above and beyond in accommodating us throughout the process, in addition to Hira who coordinated the
sale worked very hard to ensure we got over the line and Taherra worked hard to get our offer accepted and was also very helpful throughout.

Very professional organisation. They were proactive in organising our house sale after becoming aware of our intent to sell.
All of their employees were extremely competent, especially the two we had most contact with, Allessandro and Hira.

A really lovely professional bunch of young estate agents they couldn’t do enough for us and sold my mums flat really quickly
Can’t praise them enough especially Dino Alessandro and Hira

Aya is amazing, whenever I have any issues or questions I drop her message and she deals with it so efficiently and quickly. If you need to speak to someone always ask for her, she will definitely deal with your query

Aya is fantastic, always responsive and polite. She has made managing our rental property extremely easy.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with their services.

Ayaz was very helpful and professional and ensured all went smoothly.

Victorstone sorted us out perfectly especially Aaliyah, she was so kind and was patient throughout whilst we sorted everything out, I would definitely recommend her

Aaliyah, was helping us to confirm our flat. She was help, friendly and replied in a timely manner. I would recommend Aaliyah to anyone to help them find a property.

Really thanks for the help from Ayaz and Aya! Quick response and great patience!

My Experience with Victostone has been excellent from the minute we found the property we wanted until we moved in. Especially Arbaz he made sure to solve all our problems in no time and made our move in very smooth.

Had to go into Victorstone to sort out the renewal of our flat. Had a really great experience with Aya and Ayaz. They answered all my questions and put my mind at ease about the whole process.
