Tight timing to sign the tenant contract and arrange the move-in yet Victorstone managed to make these happen. Very happy with how they resolved issues. Special mention to Cian and Aya that helped me throughout the process.

Victorstone - Mr Ayaz Khan from the client liaison team is very friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable discussing the issues with him.
But the account team seems not responding well and behind. That's the reasons I have given them 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Very helpful and proactive. My first contact was with Lauren who was stellar throughout, always in touch when I needed her and super friendly and helpful. I also had a great experience with Ayaz who helped me with all of the admin and made the process super easy! Thank you both! The only negative experience I had was with one manager who's name I forget but she was a bit brusque with me when dealing with referees and I had to follow some things up myself which I felt should have been her job.. But overall a very easy and swift experience with mostly friendly staff!

With regards to the rest of the company, I have let a 1 bed from Victorstone for 1 year. The staff are always kind and courteous.

Sometimes it seems they are very busy juggling many things and tasks can be forgotten or buried, however they will always be addressed if chased.

Victorstone is the worst company I have ever had to suffer services from. They are incompetent, completely lacking in empathy, and can't do the basic part of their services like organize a move in date. My house mates and I moved into a flat last year and had organized movers for the date that Victorstone had confirmed would be the date to pick up keys. The day before they called to say we had to wait until the following Monday which was impossible because our new tenants were moving in. It was stressful, a waste of money, and 100% their fault. On top of that they failed to run inventory, failed to liaise with the land lady to make sure the house was cleaned, and left us moving into a home in the middle of a pandemic that had not been cleaned. It was disgusting. Now that we are vacating the premises they are proving to be incompetent again. They relentlessly chased us about move out details and now that we're the ones requesting our deposit back they ignore us or share wrong information for over 3 weeks. It's wrong, first they screw us over in the middle of a pandemic and now they screw us over in the middle of a cost of living crisis. I don't understand how they're a functioning business. Avoid at all costs.

Aya is absolutely amazing, outstanding customer service from her. Solving and helping me and my flat mates with our referencing super quick! 5 stars to her. She’s been patient with the whole process and she’s been there every step of the way!

Aya has been amazing helping my daughter and I navigate the ins and outs of getting an apartment in London. Found an incredible studio apartment in two days, waiting for the contract and ready to move in!! Never expected it to be this easy…could not have done it without her!!!

I could not speak more highly of Kian, my letting agent, who stood by me as I attempted to sign for a property three times with different flatmates, each time having a last minute cancellation. His replies to my queries were prompt, comprehensive and accurate, he organised a last minute viewing for me and truly did all he could to help me get into the property.
