My general experience is good, though I think there are still spaces left for improvement. The contract signing deadline is only one day. I think it would be more convenient if there are longer times for tenants to review the contract.

Amazing service, polite team

Lauren was extremely proactive in helping me rent in London for the first time, making the whole process stress free and rapid.
When my initial property I enquired about was taken, she quickly found me numerous other options in the local area, arranged a viewing the same day and actioned my offer immediately. She chased up a number of issues to ensure the agreement went through quickly and ensured my application went to the referencing department without delay.
Can't recommend highly enough. Pleasure to deal with and contacted me outside office hours to reassure me that it was all going through, keeping me informed every step of the way. Thanks Lauren!

Both of the agents that communicated with me were possibly the best agents I ever interacted with, both Ayaz and Lauren are incredibly helpful and friendly.

Throughout the documentation process everything was communicated regularly and clearly with me, I was never left confused by any procedure.

From my experience the agents really care about customer satisfaction and I would strongly recommend this agency.

Eversince the day I moved into the house managed by Victorstone, I have faced nothing but problems, humiliation and stress!

Just highlighting some keys points:

1. Gave me my room in a complete hacked apart situation, photo attached. After a week of complaining nobody came to clean i had to remove all the stuff.
Gave me a broken bed + broken wardrobe + filthy room + no electric in the room + a disgusting leak ( which were never fixed )

2. The staff is very rude and their manager, Leona, the manager is probably one of the rudest person I have ever come across. \

3. The staff retention is poor- I have lost count the number of people who quit their job at Victorstone, not only this, the staff who came home and dissed about the company itself, speaks volume about the culture

4. The communication is poor and probably nobody has any idea what's going on and how to approach and tackle problematic issues and situations.On my contract it said- its bill all included however, it wasn't. The tenants had to get involved and it was a huge fuss!

5. The contact is a meaningless piece of paper. Whatever they state of false. My deposit is DPA protected, however, when i shared my contract - the manager recklessly said that is not right. and other parts of the contract like cleaning, maintenance, witholding of payment - was all false. So, whatever they mention on the contract is False.

6. 9 people moved out of the house in 12 months, because of this agency and how they treated us.

I am investing my time to write this review clearly states this is meaningful. I am sharing my experience so that nobody has to go through the trauma and humiliation that i had to go through this agency.

I have no heard a single good word about them from any of the customers i know, I have no idea if these review are legitimate here!!

Please avoid this agency at all cost.

Generally have no complaints and had a good experience with Victorstone. We had a tight schedule and had to complete documentation with a couple of days in order to get moved in the following week. Aaliyah was very helpful and took care of everything in a timely manner.

DO NOT USE - ACTUALLY ILLEGAL STATE OF FLAT HANDED OVER

The only saving grace here is Aya. She is incredible and the only member of your team who actually helped to fix things and stayed in communication with us. She is the only one who took any steps to make the property safe, and the only member of your team who was not incredibly rude to us.

On every other aspect on the business: horrific experience. Worst letting experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve been a student in a house with a slug infestation). From delayed move in, then losing track of our paid money, not replying, not calling us back, and then moving into a house without locks which was covered in dirt and trash, I can’t say enough do not use.

We were given verbal agreements about what would be included in the contract, and based on these agreements (which were about safety and security of the property), we made an offer with a holding fee. The contract arrived without these and then later said they actually couldn’t do these changes but we couldn’t have our few back if we backed out even though they had made false representations. We tried to contact many, many times about how we should pay the deposit due to unclear and conflicting instructions between the portal and our contract. They would say they’d call us back and didn’t, ignored many emails etc. They then called finally after a month if attempts and said if we didn’t pay our move in would be delayed. We yet again asked for details and their agent finally told us where to send the money, which we did. Move in day comes (2.5 weeks after we paid and they confirmed they had our receipts to price we paid), and they suddenly say we can’t move in because they haven’t received our money. We yet again show prof of payment and our bank says the monies were paid straight away. After several days of them denying access, it turns out their agent had given us incorrect information on how to pay the money, and it had been sent to the landlord (who they never even checked with, and also our proof of payment receipts clearly stated the accounts money was sent to, receipts they said they had checked).

When we finally show up, the flat is a disgrace. We are two young women living alone and the locks on all doors with access to the street are broken so it’s totally unsafe. There’s a homeless man living on our stairs which they knew about and did not tell us. There’s broken furniture and trash everywhere. There’s thick dirt and public hairs in the bathroom, huge cobwebs, dust everywhere, empty bottles and used sponges and used contact cases. No fire alarm. Clearly unsafe and illegal to move into. We spent so much money because by this point it was a week past our move in date so we had nowhere to stay, has to pay to stay in London, pay for removal vans that had to be cancelled, pay to store our things.

Shocking condition , illegal, terrible service. We are pursuing damages.
