Agent - Arbaz is very nice and helpful, responsive and the renting process is high efficient.

I had used two very large well known estate agents from Islington who promised a lot and delivered very little.

VS found me two buyers (one fell through) in quick succession. Both times within 2/3 weeks.

They respond to messages, sometimes we communicated over WhatsApp as it was easier.

I don’t know if they have other locations, but for N1 and the surrounding areas, I would only use VictorStone

Victorstone are a ruthless estate agency who don’t care about their tenants and expect unrealistic standards from normal working people. Nearly left my girlfriend homeless and only communicated on the phone rather than emails to say one thing and write another.
Very bad at communicating and staying transparent in updates.
I’ve dealt with bad estate agencies but this one is up the top on my list.

Very pleased with the service currently received from the client liaison team. Thank you Mohammed for being so responsive to my queries and requests. There have been some teething issues with the accounts team and a lack of update on rental payments but this seems to have been sorted now. Would recommend Victorstone to other landlords.

In the beginning, communication went really swiftly between us and Victorsstone (possibly because they wanted to secure us as tenants as quickly as possible). After this, they were difficult to contact and rarely replied to any emails. When there was an issue, they were unhelpful and very rude. The deposit Victorstone demanded was incorrect and higher than stated in the signed tenancy agreement. We had to have multiple phone calls back and forth between Victorstone demanding to pay the correct amount for the deposit but they kept insisting on the higher amount that was completely made up. During this experience and most of our experiences with Victorstone, we have received incredibly rude customer service.

After having no contact with them for 6 months, we received a call from Victorstone at 8.30 pm stating that we had to inform them by 10 am the next morning if we were going to give notice or stay in our accommodation. They had sent us 0 emails in regards to this beforehand. This was in breach of our tenancy agreement, which stated that the earliest either party could give notice was over a month away.

After leaving a negative review of Victorstone, I received a phone call from them, in which they asked me to delete the review due to inaccuracies. During this phone call, Victorstone threatened to leave an inaccurate negative review of me as a tenant, if I refused to delete the negative comment hinting that it would prevent me from finding accommodation in the future. I highly recommend everyone to avoid Victorstone as an agency as they are dishonest and unreliable.

The person who showed me around the property was lovely! Really nice and friendly, and everyone I’ve talked to have also been very kind!

I went to the office Leona greeted me with a warm welcome and answered all the queries and assisted me with every step.

I want to thank Ella from Client Liaison Team, every time when something confused me, she can always sorted out and explain everything clearly for me. She is being so kind and efficient all along. Wish her a blessed work path in the future and keep on providing the outstanding service.

Mohammed Nur deserves 5 stars. He really does have the customer in mind at all times. I am a worrier, and he will give me his all every single time, no matter how many times I call. We had trouble with verifying a guarantor. Mohammed was on the line every step of the way until we moved in. When I had trouble with some of the maintenance, Mohammed gave me the proper lines for communication. When there was trouble with rental payments, he was always on the other line doing what he could.
Victorstone has great employees, especially Mohammed in my opinion, it tends to be the departments sometimes have trouble speaking to one another, due to, most of the time, technical issues or delays on other peoples parts. And it is only here where they suffer.
There have been a few other problems with the people that they contract. But the individuals themselves at Victorstone really do give their all.

I’ve had a very smooth experience moving in and the biggest reason is Iana. Iana is a professional in this industry. She did not let me down and provided me with all the information and guidance I needed during the process.
