Victorstone Reviews

Sophie has been extremely helpful in my process of finding a flat in London. Warm, extremely professional and transparent.

Huge thank you to Sophie who goes above and beyond to keep things moving and is great at communicating between landlord and tenant and keeping everyone in the loop and happy.

Sophie has been amazing help !!! I’m moving over from Australia and i has been such an easy and smooth process with renting !!!

Arbaz has been very helpful whilst assisting me throughout my renting experience. He has also had very good communication and was clearly knowledgeable about his work. Therefore i can’t thank him enough.

I have worked with Mohammed Nur on a few occasions now with Victor Stone for property maintenance services, and i can honestly say the efficacy and transparency is exactly where it needs to be from them, very easy to work with and they use there own portals to increase efficacy, I'm very impressed with there maintenance services from both staff and company policy

Had an amazing experience with Victorstone. They answered all the queries up to high standard. Arbaz was absolutely amazing. He was so professional with the viewing and a credit to the company. Thank you Arbaz

After a bumpy start regarding referencing, all concerns and issues were promptly managed and coordinated by Ella Martin, and more importantly followed through during the first month settling in, helping where she could. Thanks Ella 👍

I have been talking with Sophie during my house search period and she was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

Worst agency ever. we are a group of 4 italian girls who had negotiated and then payed the deposit for a house in hampstead area. the landlord kept changing her mind about our contract and trying to request all the benefits she could possibly have, including no break clause, then a higher payment than that agreed, then for us to pay 12 months upfront. we agreed to everything, she did not take the house off the market and negotiated with other clients behind our back, accepting a higher offer when we had already payed the deposit. We desperately and reluctantly offered more, as there were really few houses for 4, she accepted, sent us the contract, which we signed and resent to her. Still, the agency told us she had gone with another offer, even after we had signed the contract. We lost a week of research into other houses which were taken by other people, and were devastated by the whole experience. Incredibly dishonest and unprofessional behaviour. The agent left the group chat, blocked us and we were left without replies or other options.

Karnell provided excellent assistance in helping source a property for me and my husband. She helped the procedure run very smoothly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final outcome. Would recommend!

Did an amazing viewing with Aaliyah, she was so helpful in showing me around the property and answered all my questions to the best she could. The company is very professional and made it so easy to help me find a flat.

Amazing help and guidance from Sophie. Really excellent customer service which makes such a difference in current time.

Their will not give you your deposit back !

Sophie helped me find a new place quickly enough, as I was looking to move in ASAP. the first place I had enquired to had been gone, but I was able to put in an offer for another studio in the same building thanks to Sophie.

In the end the process took a bit of time to go through referencing but overall am happy with the service and the property I'm now renting.
