Super easy to use
Super easy to use, quick payment and quick delivery of the card.
I used this for a work colleague going on maternity leave, and it was so easy to distribute. Helps with remote workers especially when you're not in the office with a card and collection envelope!

Easy to use
The online card and collection is great, and seems to receive more than a traditional collection of passing an envelope around and trusting people to have cash on them. I have used Viing a few times now. Good communications too.

I really like the process and its easy to set up. I do think the gifts are a little overpriced and sometimes we struggle to find something appropriate in budget.

We would like to note that all of our gifts are priced at their RRP and we have a carefully curated list of quality brands and gifts to ensure recipients receive something extra special from their group.

It would be really helpful to be told you already have an account before you type out your message which cannot then be retrieved at the end. Either identify the person as an account holder before they start typing their message or give the option to copy the text.

Hassle Free / My Go To Gift Site
Used Viing a good few times now. It's take the hassle out of the "brown envelope" collections used in the past. The site is really easy to you use. Customer Service also really helpful when I've needed advice.
Only thing I have have found that the card often takes quite a while to land through the letterbox of the recipient - so I try and plan the closing date a good week prior to the event date.

Good Site for collections
I like this site for collections and use it all the time at work.
only two criticisms are , cost to draw off the cash, has increased and the time it took to receive the cash, 5 days seemed a long time, but other than that i will use again.

We completely acknowledge your comment on the cost to withdraw cash and if we could offer that option for free also, we really would….but we have kept it as low as possible given the backdrop of increasing costs.
It is also worth noting that we are very transparent with fees and do not charge contributors when adding to the collection pot. There are also no fees when you spend on our Gift store.
Regarding the time it took for the bank transfer, I’d like to reassure you that the majority are completed within 2 business days but we may at time do fraud and security checks which can in some cases cause a small delay.

I am resorting to this review after…
I am resorting to this review after having a poor experience with Viing. We used Viing for a collection for a colleague who was leaving. A large amount was contributed. Twice yesterday have emailed Viing to report an error with the bank transfer details. We are very worried about this. No acknowledgement email that the matter is being looked into. No telephone number either to follow up. Companies dealing with large amounts of cash collections should have better customer services. If we do not get a response today we will be taking things further.
