Very simple to use. Using Viing to do a leaving collection is much easier than asking people for money.

Viing an easy to use platform that you are in charge of, we've been using it since lockdown, hassle free way of doing collections/cards for all kind of occasions, you chose the card and monies are kept safe!

The system is super easy to set up and for people to donate to, the customer service is excellent, fast, efficient and very helpful.

Viing is very easy to use and you have the option to contribute to the card and/or make a monetary contribution. The site is very intuitive so you can choose which route you would like to go down, which card you would like to choose (after the end date) and if you would like to send an e-card or physical card (both come at a small cost)

It is so easy to organise a collection for colleagues and the option to buy a gift on the site or have the money to spend on something else is great.
There are lots of different cards to choose from too.

Doing a class collection is always a big responsibility but I received swift and clear replies to my questions and was also offered solutions. When there was a possibility of a delay to the evouchers reaching me in time, I requested help and the issue was fixed within an hour. Excellent and very efficient customer service. Thank you so much.

I've used Viing for a number of years now and have found it an easy and convenient way of circulating a card and collection to colleagues. The occasion is easy to set up. There is a good choice of cards and presents should you wish to choose from their third party retailers or alternatively, have the money transferred to your account so you can buy a present from another retailer or have the money transferred straight into the recipients accounts. Please note should you choose a bank transfer, you will be charged 5% fee of the amount raised. Should you decide to choose a card it normally arrives between 3-5 days. Overall I find Viing one of the better options for a group collection service and one that I go back to time and time again.

Happy we discovered this website. It made celebrating special occasions so much easier since hybrid/home working. Easy to use, lovely selection of cards, gifts. Highly recommended!
