Problem overcome …
My company had a problem adding comments to a card and although it took a while to solve the help was there and we did find a way forward which was really helpful.

Johnny was absolutely brilliant!
Johnny was absolutely brilliant in helping me sort out my card when I had clicked on the wrong option and needed it fixed in a matter of hours before we celebrated our colleague's leaving do! He was super helpful, quick in responding and friendly rather than making me feel bad for screwing it up!

Easy to use
Easy to use, withdrawal straight forward. Do feel the withdrawal charge is a bit steep but overall happy with the experience. Just waiting on card now.

Thanks so much for a great review. Bank transfers are the only part of our service where we need to charge a small fee for. in order to cover transactions fees. we do however try to keep this as low as possible.

The system is very easy to use
The system is very easy to use. I wanted to have a physical card sent to Cyprus so emailed the team and Johnny was very helpful in guiding me on exactly what needed to be done so thanks very much.

We regularly use Viing for cards and collections for various occasions and have found the site very easy to use. Being able to choose sign only or contribute is very helpful

The response from your agent was quick but i am yet to see if the issue has been resolved. Also, it wasn't clear on the website what to do when a collection needs to be reimbursed.

Really easy to set up and even sends reminders for the events you create! Good selection of cards for all occasions and venues to purchase vouchers/gifts from.

Used Viing twice now for work collections
Used Viing twice now for work collections. I love the flexibility of it in term of an e-card or physical card and link to presents as well as payment transfer.
My only issue with Viinh is the amount of commission taken. I feel like it too much. I'd also add maybe it was taking a commission at contribution point rather than at the end.

We certainly take on board the comment on the commission - it is worth noting that the fee is only when you select the bank transfer option, in order to help us cover transaction fees. We cover these fees when you select any other option; cards, ecards, gifts or vouchers. Charging at point of contribution would technically be better for us, but it would effectively remove the options where our service is free to use.

I made a mistake with my order, contacted the team and they responded immediately. The whole thing was solved in under 24 hours, efficiently and pleasantly. Huge thanks to Johnny particularly. Great stuff.
