I was encouraged to use this platform by a colleague for a leaving card/gift collection but I didn't enjoy the experience of this platform. I couldn't see how to change the design of the 'card', i couldn't send the gift at the same time as the card, i had an issue with the email address and the chatbot basically said it was tough, it was your fault, maybe if you can find the email for customer services they will consider if they can help. As it was the customer service person got back to me quickly and and remedied it which is why i didn't give less stars. I don't think the interface saying to contribute was helpful, as it meant many people didn't sign as they thought it was just the money. In future i would prefer to use a digital card provider and collect money and send a gift card myself.

I made a mistake when leaving a message for a colleague and hadn't logged in, so couldn't edit. I contacted customer services who responded quickly and resolved the issue with no fuss. Fantastic as the error was potentially very embarrassing! Thank you!

The team helped me resolve a query I had on a online collection very quickly. The customer service was brilliant, I would recommend!

I had arranged for a leaving card to be sent to a colleague, but then someone asked if I could provide a list of the messages as the card would not be here on time. I emailed to ask if I could purchase the list and Johnny sent me an email with the link as a gesture of goodwill. It's things like this that people remember and will be back again.

Great service - very responsive when query raised and prompt resolution suggested.

No reply from viing by email over a week to explain why I cannot buy a gift voucher with the 350 pounds worth of vouchers collected for a birthday present for a colleague. They say to email if an issue not resolvable by AI but they don’t reply!!!! So no idea what to do now. Cash is sitting with viing rather than as a voucher for my friends birthday!

I had made a mistake with my account. Johnny sorted it for me super quickly. I was so grateful as it was for a work card and collection.

Easy to use, updates whenever the card was signed, updates once the occasion closed, the team came back to me when emailed with a specific query and the card arrived well packaged in a hard back envelope.
I haven't given five stars because I was disappointed that the 100 messages printed on the card were so small it's uncomfortable to read. That aside, it's been a very good service.

Johnny came back to me quickly and helped resolve my problem and answered my questions. He also followed up the following day and delivered on his promises.
