It is very easy to set up an event either for messages only, or to also add contributions to a gift. I have used the service numerous times now and it's my 'go'to'.
They offer a good selection of gift vouchers although this could be e.g. getting Amazon onboard. I have both bought vouchers via the site (receiving the full value collected) and also withdrawn cash (for a 5% fee). Both options only take a couple of days to process.

I chose to use Viing as it was a simple platform to arrange a leaving collection. People were able to donate and leave a message very easily.
Setting the deadline for the collection, I hadn't appreciated that it could take up to 24hrs for the selected gift to arrive, in my case a voucher. This is something to bear in mind if I use it again. I emailed the customer services and Johnny responded very quickly and issued the voucher for me.

Prompt and helpful responses from the Viing team in answering my queries about how the collection worked!

Johnny was about to resolve my query quickly as the person did not like the voucher they had received and wanted a different one. They were able to cancel the voucher and re-issue a new one.

Being able to collect for colleagues online especially when its difficult to give to a physical collection.

Great service, would like to see more options for the vouchers, e.g Amazon vouchers and a wider variety of other shops.

Easy, quick, efficient. Lots of choice for cards.

Firstly, there is a charge of £4 to share the viing board to the recipient that is not made clear upfront. However, it is useful tool for occasions where multiple people need to sign a card virtually. Would def recommend option where you can post gifs and photos over the alternative of a physical card. Funds collected are used to purchase vouchers - not sure if there is an option to withdraw funds. If there is, it is not made clear.

This is an easy and effective way to hold a leaver's collection, without having to physically walk around the workplace trying to get people to sign a card and/or put their hand in their pocket! I would have liked to take advantage of the physical card option, but had a very quick turn around time, so couldn't do this on this occasion. It would be a nice option to be able to print off everyone's messages in their coloured boxes. Perhaps Viing could introduce this? Johnny responded very quickly to my queries and was extremely helpful. I would recommend.

Simplicity itself - I found the process of leaving a message and contributing to a collection very simple and intuitive. I even made an error in my message and the team were able to jump on and sort it for me very quickly.

I use this regularly for office cards, it works really well.

Viing has useful features. Customer service team is very responsive.

Generally nice and easy to use, and you're not forced to make a donation (or to up your donation to cover costs) like some other sites if you want to sign the card. I had two issues which were my own fault, but logging in with my account should have allowed me to edit and fix them. I made a support request, and Johnny handled it quickly and efficiently, saving me from looking rather stupid when the cards are delivered!

I use Viing now for all my work birthday/leaving/big anniversaries - It is very easy to use.
