I had to set up several collections for colleagues who were leaving and somebody made a mistake when donating to a collection and had put an extra zero on their amount, whoops! I contacted the Viing support team who very helpfully refunded the person (-5% admin fee) and they were able to re-donate the correct amount. I also love the fact that the beneficiary can choose cash or vouchers once they receive the link to their completed collection.

I have used viing a number of times to create occasions.

Easy to set up, and once the occasion has ended the next steps are also straightforward, and you can send your card and gift asap unless you want the recipient to receive physical items.

I unfortunately made a mistake with a recent occasion once it ended, but after contacting the viing team for assistance the issue was resolved.

I have been using Viing for all my group gifts for a few years now and the experience always exceeds my expectations.It’s so easy to use and the team is incredibly professional and attentive.
I can not thank Viing enough for taking all the stress out of buying group gifts.I highly recommend to any team or company, friends and relatives, to make gifting effortless and thoughtful.

I use Viing for all my office collections. With national offices and working remotely actually getting to see people is almost impossible, not to mention that no one has cash on them nowadays!
I love that you can choose an email rather than a card it's good for the conscience!

The last two cards I did people didn’t receive reminders to the cards nearing the end date but notifications were ticked in the settings. Customer services replied to me and are looking into it which is appreciated

Viing is a very simple and easy to use platform.

It was very easy to set up. There was a lot of choice of presents. It was the best way to go for everybody instead of walking around with an envelope.

Using Viing as a means of arranging cards and gifts for work occasions has been fantastic. We have been using this method for a few yeard now. Since Covid and hybrid working, this makes the process of giving cards and gifts so much easier. I like that they review the types of gifts and gift cards available. It would be good to have a wider selection of cards for each occasion.
