Vintage Electrical Reviews

We loved the mirror. High quality and shipped quickly

I bought a wooden box from Vintage Electrical and I am completely satisfied with the item. The box is more beautiful than I expected!! Sturdy, made of good quality mango wood, convenient dimensions, nice print.

Order a wooden box from this company for my arts and crafts bit.
It’s perfect 😍 just what I wanted,
High quality piece with great service.
Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
Thank you ☺️

I've ordered from this seller twice, all items are solid brass and an amazing craftsman work, I had an issue with one of the parts, I immediately got sent a replacement so I'm very pleased. Highly recommend.

Great product, well recommended

Good quality product, great service and delivered quickly. Would definitely buy again from them.

This champagne bucket was exactly what I was looking for! Easily fits two bottles and looks beautiful.

Beautiful product, just what I needed to match a copper shade I bought at a market!

Do not order from this Company. I ordered a wine rack which never came. I contacted them and they gave me a tracking number which did not relate to my delivery as I entered the postcode and it did not match. I contacted Klana and they gave them the tracking number which said delivered but they did not check it against the postcode so Klana took the money off me. Vintage Electrical have not even been in touch to see if they could help solve the problem and I am now £29.99 out of pocket. Don’t care about their customers.

Previously used Vintage Electrical for lighting, and more recently bought some ceiling roses to match. Quality of the items are fantastic and the customer service is fantastic. Please don't hesitate to buy.

Unique style and colour, delivery as promised. Could not have found our perfect lamps any better elsewhere

Product was good but communication is terrible. Had a leaflet inside the parcel saying 10% off my next order but only sent me a code for £10 off. I have emailed them a few times but had no response.

Avoid, avoid

nice customer service, but hoping for quicker delivery

Came up on a Google search and the price and style was spot on. The union jack bench arrived in record time for a large item and exceeded my expectations. We love it

Absolutely loved the vintage-style packaging it added a special touch to the unboxing experience. The mirror itself has a beautiful antique look and feels well crafted, It’s now one of my favorite pieces on the wall

Beautiful-looking products, no doubt. I bought a pair of outdoor lights, a Victorian bell jar, and a pair of Cawstons. Received the Cawston without the compression glands. Emailed them at least 5 times and got a response that the item would be dispatched soon. A month later, and I am still without the parts I need to hang those lights. Also, my glass jar broke, and I emailed them to ask if I could purchase a replacement jar. Still no response. Very poor customer service and after-sales service.

Great little stool, great price & really quick delivery. A very reliable company to deal with 5*

Lamp shades all look good. Well wrapped.

The mirror I ordered was exactly what I was looking for. Well made and heavy with a lovely finish. Delivery was very quick indeed!
