Fair Valuation
Positives - Good approach, no pressure, clear explanation of what we had.
Negatives - only 1 assessor, wait time was nearly an hour.

Hi there,
Thank you for giving us such balanced and helpful feedback. We’re pleased that you appreciated the relaxed approach, clear explanations and the fact that there was no pressure during the valuation.
We’re sorry that the wait was longer than you would have liked. We understand that waiting nearly an hour can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience, particularly when we had only one assessor available at the time.
Your comments are always valuable to us, and we’re grateful you shared both the positives and where we could improve.

Straight forward process no pressure to sell
I attended a local valuation roadshow and took along some scrap gold plus various jewellery items. The valuer talked through the various items and gave me a price which I accepted. He checked the scrap gold and paid a price for the weight. The money was paid into my account in 3-4 minutes; he said to hang on until it was deposited just in case. He advised me on a few items which I took away to sell separately as he said they couldn’t give me a good price (they would put things into auction so need a margin and hence are fairly low on their offer). There was no pressure to sell and the advise and identification of objects was very useful. A very good experience and not too busy

It was a very pleasant experience, I had a few items that were not needed and had been left in a closet. I didn’t think they were worth much but I was offered a fair price for them so I am very happy.
