It was delivered when I didnt expect it. The customer service is always in touch with me with the delivery. Overall, the customer service was great and helpful.

5 stars. Had the best customer service experience. Felt heard and valued as a customer and a replacement product is being sent to me.

After 3 weeks and 4 emails they finally refunded me for the product that had allegedly been shipped. I love the brand but their delivery is awful.

J’ai commandé un ensemble de produits fin novembre. Je l’ai reçu début janvier.
J’ai donc largement dépassé les délais annoncés.
Cependant, l’équipe est tellement soucieuse de vouloir régler les contentieux que j’ai toujours su que l’aurai.
De plus, j’ai quand même reçu le remboursement de ma commande et un code promo. D’autant plus que c’est plutôt de la faute du transporteur que de la marque.
Les prix sont corrects, et les produits ont une bonne composition.

I would like to highlight the most impressive customer service I have ever experienced.
Even though there was some inconvenience due to the delay in the delivery of my package (it arrived after a month), what truly stood out was the team’s extremely professional and proactive daily follow-up.

I was in almost daily communication with them (great job, Shasha!), and in the end they issued me a full refund — and I still received the products.

I have been using these products for years and I am a huge fan of the brand, especially the Bisou Balm.

The customer service team at Violette_Fr is one of the most responsive and action oriented that I have come across recently. My order was not delivered to my address and they helped to track it with the carrier and tried to have it delivered and when I still didn't receive it, they promised to ship it again. I am waiting for the shipment to arrive and I hope it comes soon and without issues this time.
I have so far tried a few of their lip products and they are all excellent. I have ordered more products in this new shipment that I am waiting for and I have high hopes for all of them.
The only area of improvement that I would suggest is the shipment and delivery time and speed which could be improved.

A family member sent me the Violette_FR x Dieux Skin eye mask, but I had an issue receiving the package at my apartment. I contacted customer service and they got back to me immediately, and were able to offer a replacement. They were warm, helpful, and prompt. A GREAT experience ordering from this company.
And the reusable eye mask set is fantasic.

My experience with the products and with the brand's costumer service has been great in the three occasions I've purchased through the website. The last time, during holiday season, my package was declared lost in transit after almost a month but costumer service helped me since the first moment I asked about the delay and gave me a full refund.
I live outside the US and shipping times usually take longer for this brand, updates from costumer service have always been prompt and the team is really nice. Will definitely keep buying these products that are amazing.

This was my first time purchasing from Violette and it will be the first of many more ! From start to finish the customer service was fantastic and I’m delighted my products.

Je pense que je vais aimer le produit mais le service client est vraiment horrible, j’ai d’abord reçu le mauvais rouge à lèvre dans la bonne boîte. Je l’ai donc retourné et on m’a dit qu’on me renvoyait le bon produit. Cela va faire un mois et je n’ai toujours rien reçu en plus je reçois des mails que le produit a été expédié etc mais ça commence à faire long et ça gâche vraiment tout…

Les produits sont de très bonnes qualités mais les délais de livraison sont très long, venant des US. Pour la dernière commande le colis s’est perdu. Je n’ai eu aucune démarche à faire pour être remboursée, le SAV a été pro actif.
Je vais peut-être essayer de commander la marque via OhMyCream en fonction du pris et en espérant qu’il y ait un stock de produit en France

Délai de livraison très long. Une commande passée début décembre pour Noël toujours pas livrée !!!!

I had the best customer service experience ever! They responded promptly and efficiently throughout the entire process. Initially, I thought my package was stolen, but they went above and beyond to investigate and confirm whether it had been delivered. It was, but for some reason, I never received it. They were willing to issue a refund, but I wanted the product, so they resend it to another address. Weeks later, I discovered that the delivery company had mistakenly read my address and sent it to someone else! All and all, I’ll be coming back as I’m obsessed with their product and will probably just send it to another address since the 9 in my address is looking like an 8:/
