My previous experiences with Violette were good. I love the eye shadows and liners, although they dry out too quickly for the price.

On this occasion however, I need to give a negative review. I order on Black Friday week and almost a month later I haven’t received my order.

Colis non livré, reponses automatiques et contradictoires. Finalement déclaré perdu, il a fallu que je repasse commande moi meme, ils n'ont pas renvoyé un colis, et aucun geste de dedommagement. Colis qui part des US aussi.

One order was randomly canceled, and the next one is late by 2 weeks. Also, too expensive.

Love their customer service. Very professional and friendly.

I received a product - I wasn't satisfied by the consistency of the formula through the bottle (who knows maybe it was all good as I didn't even try it)

I contacted the customer service - they didn't waste my time or make me go out of my way to prove that the product is off. They were extremely swift and quickly offered me options to resolve the issue.

Many brands underestimate the value of customer service. I personally find myself going back to brands that have great customers service because it shows that they value their customers. And the opposite is also true, no matter how much I like a brand, if the customer service isn't good, I am not going back.

As for the products, I have almost all of the collection, and I love them all. Can't say one bad thing. Very unique formulas and colors.

I not only LOVE this brand and every product I have ever purchased (which is quite a few!), but their customer service is also impeccable. Quick and swift responses to any questions or issues which they resolve quickly and efficiently.

My experience with the VIOLETTE_FR Team has been truly positive and I absolutely recommend ordering directly from the website. The order was very quickly processed (to be sent from US to Romania) and even though I had encountered a small issue with DHL, that was tackled in great efficiency and kindness by the Customer Experience Team. Despite the order being placed around Thanksgiving in US, the issue was quickly solved and it only took a few days for the package to arrive (around 4 days in all, as clearly stated on the website). Would definitely order again, in full confidence! The lipsticks I got are incredible (bisou balm, plume lip) and exactly what I was dreaming of. For velvety matte fans, you will adore them!

Order many weeks ago, and haven’t received my purchase. Non existent customer service - I’ve had no response at all to my emails and this is the only way to contact them.

Feels like a scam.

I like the product, however I do not recommend to order from their website.
Shipping is rather a problem, the time frame mentioned on the website violette.fr does not correspond the reality.
Money was paid but no product was received… Is it legal to do so?? So disappointed!!

The customer service was exceptional, highly ethical, and provided a remarkably swift resolution. Although I initially received an incorrect product, a new order was promptly placed, and I also received a complimentary gift.❤️

When i first had Boum Boum that was love at first sight! I never believed in using tones of products but still hadn‘t met one wich would be enough… so today when i still beliebe I‘m
Enough, Boum Boum it‘s enough…
In the mean time i use other products as well only as a way to support her creation.. but i mean it… Boum Boum milk can replace all other boring, stressfull almost useless steps.
Her make up is lovely and feminine
I don‘t buy nothing more somewhere else.
I would also like to mention that i‘m curing my psoriasis and the product is the first one wich doesen‘t bring my skin to bad reactions having such a sensitive teint.
As for the service very competent, carring and promt.
I did have some problems with certain carriers although i live in the heart of Münich but Violette Fr reacted always serious and quickley .

I just love this brand! Not only the products are unique and amazing, but also my experience with the customer service was lovely. I had a problem with one of my orders and they were so helpful and caring. If you love effortless make up and skincare "that does the job", you can't go wrong with Violette fr. I adore the bisou balms and generally the lip products, the blushes, the boum boum milk, her "objet de desir"mirror and the yeux paints for a colourful eyeliner...

I absolutely LOVE all my Violette-FR lipsticks and highlighter and blush! I have from every single type and they all are amazing. I recommend them all the time. I have never been so obsessed with lipsticks! Violette is worth it! Once you try it, you are going to be obsessed!
