Vipcrossstitch Reviews

The customer service is outstanding! The prices are great and there is always a freebie or discount to be had. I have ordered from Vipcrossstitch several times and plan to place more orders in the future. They have a great selection to choose from. The kits I have received have been great... I am very pleased with them and the entire experience 😀

The product pricing is fair.
Orders arrive quickly amd customer service replies to emails within a few hours.

I placed an order with VIP CROSS STITCH back in October of 2025 and never received it. I wrote to the company in November 2025 and they responded quickly. They are going to resend it again. They have been very nice to deal with and I would order from them again.
