Always a pleasure to deal with this company. I review their cross stitch kits and I also purchase personally from them. They quickly respond to emails and are very helpful. Great prices and are my favourite company to deal with.

Merci Vipcrosstich !

The vipcross stitch place is very friendly and very nice and I like the stamped cross stitch pattern you have and I like order from there.

I like VIPCROSSTICH, each order I’ve placed has arrived on time. I’ve never had any issues with shipping or my orders, they are always correct. They have good prices and discounts, plus extra % off depending on the amount. Is my favorite crossstitch store!

I have placed multiple orders with VIP and have always been very satisfied. When I have reached out to customer service, I have always received a prompt and friendly response. They are my favorite store for stamped cross stitch

Wer etwas bestellen will in kürzester zeit sollte wo anders bestellen.

I’ve had multiple orders from VIP Cross Stitch (to Canada). The shipping is always quick and everything has always arrived well packaged and safe. I recommend this company.

I have used VIP Cross Stitch many times and have not once had a problem! Delivery to the UK is reasonably quick and always reliable, and my order has always been 100% correct.
I would highly recommend this company!

I have good experiences with them. They help me to fix problem very quick, good quality products and I was satisfied with my orders. Good job!

I never received my order and they wouldn't give me a refund. Poor customer service. Not using them again.

Vipcrossstitch is wonderfully helpfull when clients like me can’t manage to make an order correct from start.

Customer service at VIP cross stitch helped me right away by getting me a pdf for my witch kit. I am very happy with the fast and attentive response. Thank you for the help! ☺
