Vipcrossstitch Reviews

I had a wonderful experience with VIP Cross Stitch. I bought 6 cross stitch and they arrived in less than 2 weeks in Canada.
I spoke with the customer service and all of my questions were answered very quick and kindly.
The prices are very good. I compared with others stores and they had the best prices.
My 6 cross stitch are arrived perfectly and now I can have a lot of fun.
Thank you very much.

Service client au top. Il n'avait plus un article en stock ce qui peut arriver et dans ce cas ils proposent de le remplacer. J'ai déjà passé plusieurs commandes chez eux et je n'ai jamais eu de soucis.

Ordered many cross stitch patterns and accessories for this Christmas! Had to email support to help out with my shipping date and see when it would come , they were so nice and prompt with responses. They helped me out right away to switch out my out of stock selections so I could receive my order faster! It then shipped within 48 hours so I can receive it sooner ! So excited to receive all the beautiful products :) thank a lot for their supports help!

I always got everything I ordered from this company, it's so sweet that it's all in the condition, spotless. Quality is very good by the way.

Der Service ist ganz toll. Ich hatte ein stick kit bestellt, dass wohl nicht mehr produziert wird, da hab ich mir ein neues ausgesucht das etwas teurer war und ich habe für den Preis unterschied nicht zahlen müssen. Echt super, weiter so. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen:-)

I have loved all of my pieces so far that I have ordered! It is great quality and always has more than enough thread to stitch with. The package was shipped very quickly after a couple of days, but of course US customs and postal service took forever. The only problem I had during transport was that the patterns had some ink bleeding making it unreadable. However, customer service was very quick to answer my email and help me solve my problem! This has been a great experience so far and I can’t wait to order again!

VIPCROSSTITCH is my favorite shop for buying the things I like. I love stamped cross stitch and this is the place to be. Their website has everything you need for making beautiful cross stitching. There are loads of designs to choose from and not expensive. They update their website very often with the newest products. They have very good sales too.
Also their customer service is wonderful! You get an answer the same day and they help you quickly. Always with satisfaction. I really love this store and recommend it to everyone who loves to cross stitch!

Exceptional customer service. Always contacts me back quickly when I have questions or concerns. Very polite and knowledgeable. Will always get my products from here they are 5 stars all across the board. Very satisfied customer.

ETA My order arrived, everything was there as described and as expected. I have an order I placed before this one that's still in transit but imports always are a bit unpredictable. I reached out and got a tracking number so it will be here soon.
Very pleased overall with the value.

Immediately after I placed my order I realized I'd forgotten a particular item that I wanted. I found the contact, reached out, and was able to add it quickly and easily. Service was friendly, helpful, and professional. Prices were great compared to other import kit sites, with familiar brands. I appreciate that I can use Paypal, too. Can't wait for my order!

Ordered and received in less than a week even if i choose the regular shipping, good quality and instructions

Amazing customer service! Didn't realise the kit I got wasn't washable so I asked for a swap.. they got back to me right away and were very helpful. Thanks so much! 2nd time ordering from here and I'll be back again for sure 🙂
