Couldn’t fault anything about this holiday, everything was sorted out for us.
All hotels were first class and located to all amenities. Travel arrangements all went very smoothly.
Will definitely book through Virikson Holidays again.

We’ve booked our last 3 holidays with David miller,he’s made booking our holidays so easy giving us varied option and been very flexible to our needs. He’s also contacted us on all holidays making sure we were ok

I’m not sure I’d go as far giving a 1 star but no other option!
As a large party booking and months of horrendous communications, worry and stress that this company didn’t want to refund the full amount and keep 10% of the booking for ‘admin’ fees was just the worst holiday experience for us to date.
The following says it all:
We have learnt a very valuable lesson. Virikson Holidays, Time Travel ltd or one of their other many names they go by are not ABTA members, only ATOL registered and at the time of booking, we thought that this wouldn't be an issue, we were so wrong! 7 of us were due to take the trip of a lifetime on March 1st 2026, 7 days in Maldives followed by 3 days in Dubai, our flight was stopping in Abu Dhabi for us to get a connecting flight. The situation in Dubai started the 28.02.26, Virikson assured us all would be fine and to continue with the holiday unless the airline (Etihad) cancelled the flight. The following day the flight was still showing as scheduled and therefore 7 of us continued to Heathrow airport, 3 hours away from our home. Within minutes away from the airport Etihad updated the app, "flight cancelled, we're working hard to get you to your destination quickly and smoothly, we'll send you an email shortly with your revised flight details". To us that read your scheduled flight is cancelled but, we will get you on your way asap, by now the FCDO had not advised against traveling and therefore, we continued the few minutes we had left to Heathrow. Etihad were everywhere and an employee of theirs confirmed our flight had just been cancelled however, wasn't sure what the situation was and advised to stay close by and wait for an update on the app. I tried to contact Virikson, at first I couldn't get through but then I spoke with someone who advised its a Sunday, no one is available and he wasn't sure what advice to give, he assured me someone would ring me back at 9am the following day, so we waited and waited, received an update an hour and half later from Etihad advising the same as above so we checked in to the Premier inn next door, had something to eat, went to bed with phones on loud. Nothing! 9 am came and went with no news from Virikson and therefore, I rang them at 10.15 to be told they know nothing, when asked do we wait or go they did not know but, the FCDO then updated the website to advise against travel so we paid £250 to get home. Once home, there was still no communication from Virikson. To cut a long story short, I sent an email asking what next steps would be in order for us to be reimbursed of the £17078.50 the holiday had cost, for weeks we were told we would not be receiving a refund, there were numerous times they contradicted themselves and lied saying the hotel was not refunding but, the hotel sent me an email saying this was not true and that they had refunded and despite the Travel and linked travel arrangements regulations 2018 legally stating that a full refund was due within a 14 day time scale, 30 days later after I had seeked legal advice and advised virikson of this, citizens advice also raised a complaint with trading standards. Virikson agreed to a partial refund, keeping 10% a total of £1707.85, again this is against the regulations mentioned above but, as they're not ABTA registered its as though they are not answerable to anyone and other than reporting them to trading standards via citizens advice which Virikson couldn't care less about I was advised Court was my next option which Virikson would end up having to pay more as they were not following the policies and procedures but, my bank came through by refunding in full via chargeback as I had sent them all the proof and emails received from Virikson. There's so much more but, im glad ive not got to deal or speak to them again, I just feel that there would have been so many customers of all ages that would have believed the crap they were spouting to me and manipulating people in to accepting a credit note and retaining 10% for what! Going forward I will only be booking with those registered with both ABTA and ATOL.
We eventually received our money back in full after having our bank and ombudsman intervene, this was after we received a refund it back once a few months ago for this company to appeal the decision and have it taken back out of our bank!!!
Huge nightmare that has thankfully now been resolved, lesson learnt! Never again!

Fabulous holiday with this company and our agent David Miller was very helpful all along the way. All our transports & hotels were spot on We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever & have already booked our next holiday with him.

Have just booked an African safari and a holiday to Vietnam. Both for 2027. Ryan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered messages right away and got back to me as promised. I have not gone on the trips yet, I am hoping the same level of service is maintained throughout my travels.

Our agent David was again brilliant in putting the best Thailand package together and very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to querying areas and hotels , for the second time he has gone over and above for us in finding the right itinerary that covers all our dreams for another amazing trip to Thailand 🇹🇭 can’t wait thanks again David.

Booking my holiday via WhatsApp was a completely new experience for me, and I have to say it was excellent! Jason was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, answering all my questions and going back and forth with different options until we found exactly what I was looking for. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I never felt rushed. The whole experience was easy, convenient, and much more personal than I expected. Ryan at Virikson was absolutely incredible. The organisation was perfect, all our connections were on time. The hotel Ryan found exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely go back to Ryan for our next holiday.We certainly have no hesitation in recommending Virikson and Ryan.

David Miller was recommended to us by a friend. He arranged our trip to Thailand with upgrades in flights and hotels in a matter of hours. I was very happy with his service and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Very happy with the excellent customer service received from Ryan Smith. Unfortunately we were unable to go on our planned holiday to Thailand earlier this year, due to unrest in the Middle East. Several options were looked in to by Ryan, who always appeared happy to help and responded when contacted. However we requested and received a refund, with a small amount being kept as a credit toward a future booking. We were happy with this as Ryan had been so helpful that we were happy to book with Virikson Holidays again. With Ryan’s help we have now booked for the same holiday again in November, which we are looking forward to.

Jason was extremely helpful during the booking process and replied promptly to any questions. He answered any concerns I had regarding excursions abd airport transfers. I haven't been on the holiday yet so cant comment on that.

So far so good but we don’t go on holiday until next may as a 60th birthday celebration. Jason has been very helpful with organising our trip so hope it lives up to our expectations

I messaged on facebook about a particular holiday and was contacted by David Miller who was very helpful and especially patient when I disliked a hotel choice he went away and came back with a great choice gave advice about car hire and even the best scenic roads to get the best out of our holiday 5 star all the way would highly recommend this company and especially David many thanks
