Natasha has been great so far. I was a bit apprehensive at first when booking but it has been so smooth and Natasha and I have gone back-and-forth a lot to make sure things are absolutely perfect. Customer service has been 10/10 so far.

Was looking into my 14 th Trip to Agadir Morocco. This time I was helped By MARK. Listened to my dates and what package was after which was dealt with also dealt with an extra room for a later date come to terms with prices flights transportation or take my books going ahead I’ve paid fully and I have my tickets available much appreciate very helpful and understanding.

2nd time booking my holiday with David Miller at Viriksons. They can arrange a bespoke holiday for you. They take your ideas & arrange & work out best dates & prices for you, with all travel & transfers at the best price available. I knew my destinations & it was all worked out in an order that would work going place to place. Then I changed a hotel which I was given a new price. They will change up parts you're not happy with until you get a holiday that works well for you. You can then pay monthly after putting down a deposit to secure your holiday. The agents in Viriksons have more knowledge of multiple destinations in 1 holiday & take the hard work & stress from you. Fantastic, professional, efficient & friendly service.

I had a great experience with Ryan Smith at Virikson Holidays. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. Ryan took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided several excellent travel options, and answered all my questions clearly.
After comparing with other travel companies, Ryan was able to find me the best price along with some really good options that suited my needs. The whole process was straightforward, stress-free, and very easy from start to finish.

I chose to book my first solo holiday with Virikson on recommendation from a Biz associate last August.
This operator is still owe me £1350 - from the 20th April.
I was told i'd have to wait 30 days, possibly 45 for my funds to be returned.
On 20th May I was sent a message "good news - you will receive a bank transfer" After many promises and excuses I have not yet been refunded my money.

We had to do a last minute change of travel due to flights being cancelled for original destination.
After an issue with the hotel - radio silence from Viriskon "This has been passed to our concerns team".

Thankfully the staff at the hotel we were in were amazing. Even though they were unable to accomodate a twin room as per my specific request with this operator.

My pursuit to raise a complaint - i was given an "info" email.

On our last day an alleged Head of Sales came onto messenger and iv heard nothing since regards my questions and issues raised. Iv never heard from her since.
This whole experience ruined my whole holiday - 1st time being away as a single parent with my wee girl.

I have now undertaken legal advice regards this matter & am now in communications with Resolver.
Would i recommend? No.

My husband saw an advert for Virikson Holidays, so I sent an equiry in for our honeymoon - I have to admit I was a bit sceptical at first! Very quickly I had a reply from David Miller, I had a lot of questions and travel requests to start, David was patient and gave me time to go away and think about what we wanted to do. Virikson Holidays offered the best price and package deal, and we decided to book! We booked nearly a year in advance and didn’t have to pay the final deposit until 2 months before we travelled which was helpful when planning a wedding! Once we’d paid our final deposit we were also able to book our seats, and we still had plenty of choice. I sent several enquiries to David via WhatsApp over the last year, and he always got back within a couple of days. He was also very helpful after recent global events, and helped us change our flights, which was a major relief!!! We had such a fantastic honeymoon and holiday in The Maldives, I would definitely recommend Virikson Holidays and particularly David, we hope to be able to book again at some point! Thank you for making our experience so positive and memorable!

We recently booked our honeymoon for the end of this year through Paul and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Planning a honeymoon can be overwhelming, but Paul made everything stress-free and enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and recommended destinations and accommodation that perfectly matched our preferences and budget. We had multiple back and forth on the different accommodation and dates, which I can imagine to be confusing and annoying for a travel agent to deal with. But Paul remained very understanding and we eventually found our perfect location.

Paul’s attention to detail was outstanding, and every aspect of our trip was carefully arranged. Communication was always prompt, professional, and friendly, and they were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process.
I’ve not had my honeymoon yet, but I’m looking very much forward to not having to worry about planning anything as it’s all already done for me.

I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a reliable, and genuinely caring travel professional. I will be updating my review once I’ve been on my honeymoon.

We booked a holiday to India with Virikson having had a good experience before, but this time the UK side was disappointing from start to finish. We had to constantly chase for updates, and our itinerary only arrived the day before departure. Our calls and emails were ignored. When we tried to confirm our flights, we ended up scammed due to an incorrect number online. When we told Virikson London, they showed no sympathy or care—just told us to deal with it. It was a stressful experience, and they offered no support. However, once in India, the Vercsun team there was exceptional. They quickly fixed hotel issues, kept us updated, and provided an amazing driver, Denis. The guides and service were outstanding. In short term Virikson India—brilliant but the London—disappointing and in need of serious improvement.

Mark Taylor has been an absolute star while booking our family holiday this year. Answering all our questions and working hard to keep all the family happy with the destination/resort and flights.

I booked a holiday with Virikson and it certainly won’t be my last. Mark Taylor was excellent recommending places he had previously visited and it didn’t disappoint, the holiday was excellent from the flights to the accommodation it was brilliant. When Gulf Air cancelled our flights on the last minute Mark was straight onto it finding us alternative flights. I would highly recommend Virikson holiday and will definitely use them again. I have already recommended them to friends. Mark you were a star answering all my questions and always getting back to me.

A special mention goes to Jordan, who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was always quick to respond, patient with all our questions, and made sure everything went perfectly for such a big group. Travelling with children can sometimes be stressful, but thanks to the excellent planning and support, our holiday was relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

Me and my family had a 5 star experience all around with this company. We were mainly assisted by Jordan who ensured our family holiday to Thailand was an experience to remember. His help during the holiday was immensely appreciated as he went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met throughout our trip, especially since we had quite a few young children/babies in our entourage.
