Where do I start! 1st Class Service start to finish. Was a little unsure booking such a Once in a Lifetime trip to The Maldives with not one of the "Mainstream" Agents but Virikson were outstanding. Arranging everything & leaving nothing to worry about! Already planning the next one!

After an unimpressive start where I had to chase for final booking details 2 days before travel. I had a very successful trip.
Local reps were on hand and provided support and confirmation details at every step.

I have only ever booked with in store travel agents so this was a bit scary for me. I must admit I had a few wobbles and asked so many questions and for confirmation and clarification and was not disappointed. I asked for tweaks and advice and with the support of Daved Miller nothing appeared too much and im sure if he isn't grey he has a few grey ones now. Lol. I am.so looking forward to celebrating my 40th Wedding Anniversary now.

This is the 3rd trip I have booked with Virikson, they have arranged New York, Thailand and Singapore and now Vietnam.

We have just returned from an incredible family holiday to Thailand with our two teenage boys. We experienced Khao Lak, Elephant Hills and Ao Nang. I would 100% recommend Virikson Holidays, it was a fantastic trip with amazing hotels and all transfers organised.

The holiday from start to finish went brilliant, the hotels were amazing, even got a room upgrade in one of them. Viriksons were always on WhatsApp 24/7 and responded immediately when I asked a question.
The transfers were always at least 15 minutes earlier than they were due. I am definitely going to use this company again

Once again did not disappoint amazing service and always on call when needed! We have booked our holidays for the past 5 consecutive years with Virikson holidays and recommended to family and friends. We had always had 5 star service highly recommended

Found a holiday and enquired about it , spoke to a very helpful Kiara Foster who guided me all the way through the process of more details, payment and nothing was to much to ask her .hopefully will be booking again through the same company on other holidays, THANK YOU VERY MUCH 😎😎😎

Great travel agent, communication mainly by what’s app but are there when needed, whilst booked and any Q’s once away, booked my last 3 holidays through them and will continue.. thank you

We booked a trip to the Maldives and Dubai with Virikson Holidays. From start to finish they were very knowledgeable and efficient even sending us a message when we landed saying they were available for anything we may need while we were away.

What an amazing island. We travelled as a group of 4. From the moment we arrived all the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Our host Abaan kept us informed throughout our stay via WhatsApp and nothing was too much trouble for him, thank you Abaan.
We had a beach villa which was lovely stepping out onto the beach, we loved the outdoor shower.
The Hook restaurant was lovely as were the staff, all our meals were delicious.
Snorkelling with the sharks was an amazing experience, we saw colourful fish and sting
rays.
The pool area was lovely and Logan (think that was how you spell it ) was always helpful with sunbeds and towels. There is not enough sunbeds by the pool.
On the Thursday evening Abaan came to see us with what he said was a little surprise.
This turned out to be a big surprise with an upgrade for our last 2 nights to the 2 bedroom Ocean Suite Villa. What an amazing place each bedroom had it's own dressing area, his and hers wash area and a wet room with yes his and hers rain showers.
Each bedroom suite had a hot tub and outdoor shower. On the decking we had a large pool, sunbeds and table and chairs.
This was a wonderful end to a wonderful holiday.
On the whole this is a wonderful island with excellent staff thank you to each and every one of you.

Wonderful hotel we had a lovely suite, food was lovely. Everywhere was very clean.

We recently had a 3 week holiday which we booked through Virikson Holidays. It was one of their Thailand packages made up of week long stays in hotels and resorts in Phuket, Khao Lak and Krabi.
Overall we had an enjoyable holiday and we would definitely use Virikson again.

Had a fantastic holiday booked through Virikson travel agents in London. Would highly recommend this company who were there to advise on hotels and resorts. Our holiday was perfect and flowed with no hiccups and were available 24/7 should we need to contact them with any problems.
We will definitely be booking our next holiday with this company.

Excellent hotel and best tour package provided by Jason from Virikson holidays. Everything was good from starting to ending. I got all the transfers very good. This was the third holiday booked with Virikson holidays and will also looking forward to future holidays❤️❤️

So i started the conversation online with Virikson a good 18 months before my intended travel which had just taken place.
I shaped my requirements around an existing multi centre holiday in Thailand and had specific asks for certain hotels. Virikson helped me at all stages with various options and quotes and did so without undue pressure... they listened to me ,and got a good idea of the type of holiday to suit me and did not hassle me when I hot busy and couldn't continue my planning for a while. Whilst the agent name did change once over the 18 months the new agent picked up everything very well.

Once fixed our payment plan over 12 months went well..

We had a issue to overcome when one of our hotels could not accommodate our requirements a few months out. BUT Virikson resolved with a small amount of flexibility from me changing very slightly our itinerary and as a result I ended up with a better outcome and deal at one hotel I couldn't have normally afforded.

All hotels were great , flights seemless and all internal transfers which were prompt professional and on time ...

I highly recommend other travellers engaging with Virikson and seeing how they can support you. Our pricing was very competitive and pre / after sales communication was A1.

So nothing bad to say.. Only praise for a good experience.

Jordan at Virikson has always looked after us, he knows that like a lot of bang for my buck and he has never failed me.
I explain my deal breakers and he finds me something that’s a good fit with my guidelines and budget. We travel long haul a lot, and I trust him to help me get what we require

I travel regularly, I am only loyal to the person that gives me the best deal, which seems to always take me back to Jordan at Virkinson Holidays. They are very competitive with their rates and always check with me that everything is going smoothly

Terrible experience, do not trust them.
I had to cancel my holiday due to emergency surgery and was advised by the Travel Agent that they had managed to secure a refund of £1100, which will be transferred to me, and that the rest of the money I need to claim through my insurance. It has now been 4 months since the holiday cancellation, and they have so far only returned £360 and are completely ignoring my emails chasing for the remaining money.
I can't imagine how companies like this, which literally steal customers' money, even allow themselves to trade.
I have never in my life been robbed by a travel agency until our holiday trip booked via Virikson Holidays. Avoid. The company should be ashamed of their service...
