India's Golden Triangle and a week bespoke stay in Kerala.

I have just booked our honeymoon through Virkikson holidays. We have always booked holidays ourselves but with it being our honeymoon and having other things to plan for the wedding we thought we would try it. I was recommended the company through a friend and I have to say I will not ever book my own holiday again!!!!! Not only is it amazing value, but the customer service was top class.

Natasha was absolutely amazing, I told her what we wanted and she created a bespoke package which is perfect :)

She listened, was highly responsive and nothing was too much trouble for her. The whole process was completely seamless and so so easy.

Sadly our holiday hasn’t happened yet because of the war in the Middle East but we have re booked for March 2027 and Jay Walker who has dealt with me since the original booking has been absolutely amazing!!! Chris Taylor has been brilliant throughout. This is our first time booking with Virikson holidays as we've always booked with other independent agents. I've had lots of questions whilst trying to organise a trip of lifetime for my 60th birthday in November 2027. Nothing has been too much trouble, whether it was changing flights (yes we had many changes till we got the ones that worked best) or hotels or the places we visit.
There will be five of us traveling to Thailand, incorporating Bangkok, Koh Yoa Noi and then finishing up in Khao Lak.
I'm praying everything goes to plan and I'll feed back once we've completed our trip next year.

We have learnt a very valuable lesson. Virikson Holidays, Time Travel ltd or one of their other many names they go by are not ABTA members, only ATOL registered and at the time of booking, we thought that this wouldn't be an issue, we were so wrong! 7 of us were due to take the trip of a lifetime on March 1st 2026, 7 days in Maldives followed by 3 days in Dubai, our flight was stopping in Abu Dhabi for us to get a connecting flight. The situation in Dubai started the 28.02.26, Virikson assured us all would be fine and to continue with the holiday unless the airline (Etihad) cancelled the flight. The following day the flight was still showing as scheduled and therefore 7 of us continued to Heathrow airport, 3 hours away from our home. Within minutes away from the airport Etihad updated the app, "flight cancelled, we're working hard to get you to your destination quickly and smoothly, we'll send you an email shortly with your revised flight details". To us that read your scheduled flight is cancelled but, we will get you on your way asap, by now the FCDO had not advised against traveling and therefore, we continued the few minutes we had left to Heathrow. Etihad were everywhere and an employee of theirs confirmed our flight had just been cancelled however, wasn't sure what the situation was and advised to stay close by and wait for an update on the app. I tried to contact Virikson, at first I couldn't get through but then I spoke with someone who advised its a Sunday, no one is available and he wasn't sure what advice to give, he assured me someone would ring me back at 9am the following day, so we waited and waited, received an update an hour and half later from Etihad advising the same as above so we checked in to the Premier inn next door, had something to eat, went to bed with phones on loud. Nothing! 9 am came and went with no news from Virikson and therefore, I rang them at 10.15 to be told they know nothing, when asked do we wait or go they did not know but, the FCDO then updated the website to advise against travel so we paid £250 to get home. Once home, there was still no communication from Virikson. To cut a long story short, I sent an email asking what next steps would be in order for us to be reimbursed of the £17078.50 the holiday had cost, for weeks we were told we would not be receiving a refund, there were numerous times they contradicted themselves and lied saying the hotel was not refunding but, the hotel sent me an email saying this was not true and that they had refunded and despite the Travel and linked travel arrangements regulations 2018 legally stating that a full refund was due within a 14 day time scale, 30 days later after I had seeked legal advice and advised virikson of this, citizens advice also raised a complaint with trading standards. Virikson agreed to a partial refund, keeping 10% a total of £1707.85, again this is against the regulations mentioned above but, as they're not ABTA registered its as though they are not answerable to anyone and other than reporting them to trading standards via citizens advice which Virikson couldn't care less about I was advised Court was my next option which Virikson would end up having to pay more as they were not following the policies and procedures but, my bank came through by refunding in full via chargeback as I had sent them all the proof and emails received from Virikson. There's so much more but, im glad ive not got to deal or speak to them again, I just feel that there would have been so many customers of all ages that would have believed the crap they were spouting to me and manipulating people in to accepting a credit note and retaining 10% for what! Going forward I will only be booking with those registered with both ABTA and ATOL.

I have Kiara Foster as my coordinator and from the moment of enquiry has been incredibly responsive and has catered to all my requests to make sure my trip was everything I needed. Kiara gave lots of options and provided details that helped me make my decision.
The packages are an amazing cost and you get all the itinerary details and all the 'small print' is made clear so theres no surprises also.
I'm a planner down to every detail and Kiara has been fabulous in reassuring me and keeping me updated which makes a trip like this so much less stressful.
Have already recommended to work and family for if they are looking for future trips.

Excellent device but of noise in background but managed to book

I have to admit, I was a little unsure about booking our holiday with Virikson as I hadn’t heard of them before—but what an incredible experience it turned out to be!

From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and the holiday itself exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation, starting with an unforgettable safari in Mikumi, Tanzania, followed by a stunning beach stay in Zanzibar.

Everything was seamlessly organised, and we truly couldn’t fault a single thing. It was such a special trip for our family, full of amazing memories that we’ll cherish forever.

A huge thank you to Keith for making our dream holiday a reality. We won’t be booking with anyone else in the future!

I was so anxious using a new online company but really didn’t need to be and will be using Jordan at Virikson again.
The whole holiday was so amazing from the properties they chose for me to the transfers and organisation.
We travelled to 6 different locations in Thailand over 3.5 weeks and wanted a 5 star experience for our 50th birthday holiday of a lifetime which we most definitely got.
We arrived and was met by our driver with a sign, we were given a full itinerary of transfers for our stay and they also popped reminders under our doors everywhere we stayed.
We got internal flights, cars & boats and all ran so smoothly and everyone was so nice.
Jordan helped me put together my fabulous itinerary and as I worked out where I wanted he altered it for me so it worked perfectly.
The properties were just amazing.
I honestly cannot rave about this experience with Virikson enough.

Experience before we went to Thailand as a family of 4 was extremely poor. Going with my 2 (9years olds) and we didn’t even have the details for our hotel in Bangkok when we left London! Booked in advance for the holiday of a lifetime and the company didn’t book the flights we agreed and then said if we wanted them I had to pay more!!! If you wanna stressful planning time use Virkison! I will certainly NEVER use them again, constantly having to chase to get what I had paid for even once I was there! Not sent vouchers for river cruises or some transfer info. Internal flight still being chased to be booked 3 days before we flew! Booking different ones to those we have been promised with no explanation! Poor customer service, with people that ultimately lied! Kept being told things were book to later uncover they were not!! Despite the stress we did have an amazing time when we were there but so would not recommend this company ever again! Also more stress than needed!! And never even received an apology!

Fantastic service from the team at Virikson, particularly from Jordan who managed every element of our multi-centre trip to Thailand. The booking process was smooth and no query was too much trouble. Excellent communication whilst we were away via Whatsapp and FB Messenger to ensure we had all of the info we needed for our multiple transfers. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Virikson for your next holiday booking!

Have used virkson for years, now will never use them again. Spoke to someone called “Keith” Asked if they can beat a flight price they said yes. Then asked if they could do the same for hotels. They couldn’t. So I said I’ll take the flight only then. Then they said I can only have the flight if I take the hotels with them too😂even though at the start they was happy to give flight only.

This is my 2nd time booking with viriksonholidays & both times have been great ' this time i had david miller helping me .he went above & beyond i was probably a bit of a pain , but he found me the best possible deal & had some great suggestions also . I would highly recommend virikson holidays . Thanks again david 😁
