I used to have more than 30 VPS but the service and support went bad so we moved to others. Services keeps going down and it takes 2-3 days before it goes back online. The support response time went from good to bad. It is hard to submit a support ticket as the process and condition will make you not want to submit a ticket. Its daunting.

My service got downtime for 15 days…
My service got downtime for 15 days without notification i had sent ticket to them no support and didnt receive any help to solve problem, my server down without any solution they gave with more than 15 days. luckily i always backup my data if not i got all of my data lost without any backup. they just give 1 minutes to up my server and then goes down again [i dont know what they mean about it].
