I purchased a VPS from this company, and after more than two months my order is still stuck in “Pending” status. I opened a support ticket, but nobody responded at all. It feels like there is no real support team behind this service.
If you expect timely delivery or any kind of customer support, be careful — my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The most disgusting hosting I've ever used. One of the purchased servers does not work at all, there is no connection - support is silent, reinstallation and reconfigurations do not help. The domain name has been paid for but has been inactive for more than 48 hours. There is no support here at all. Time passes, money is spent, work cannot be done. Negative feedback wherever possible.

I submitted a refund request via Ticket #567042 on 05/10/2026, which was the exact same day of my purchase (fully compliant with the 7-day refund policy). I paid via Alipay. However, this ticket has been stuck in "Awaiting Billing Department" for over 50 days now with absolutely zero updates.I understand the billing team might be busy, but ignoring a valid refund request for nearly two months is unacceptable. Please have someone from the management or billing team check Ticket #567042 and process the refund back to my payment method as soon as possible. Thank you.

I confirm this is a scam site. No response after payment. I really don't understand how can a site like this can still exist.

I've been their customer for 7 years. Had two services with them. In beginning of 6th year (Jan 2025) one of services had issues and I opened support ticket. Back then I realized that their support is completely offline. Was going to cancel other service with them but they automatically charged me for next year. Had to use PayPal dispute, that worked. Today one of services being offline over 72 hours - right during/after IP address change they have "upstream issue". With VirMach if it works - it works. Looks like there is no support at all. Only automated procedures. If it gets broken - it's done. Please be warned to stay away with any real data or project. Even for sandbox/playground I would not recommend them.

Their support is dead. I ordered a premium VPS with rDNS support but can't update rDNS. Because a stupid AI is responding and there is no human. Also, they tricked me to buy 2 servers. Once I ordered a server, it made the payment failed and an invoice was generated. I could not delete the invoice. Later I bought a new server. But after 3 days they got the invoice paid from my card and provided me another server which was total loss for me. Please stay away from this scammers.

Service is dead. No response from support. Don't waste your money.

THE WOREST SUPPORT EVER, USED THEM FOR 7 VPSs AND EVERYTIME I NEED SUPPORT I GET STUPID AI OR SOME IDIOT FROM CS WHO DOES NOT EVEN READ THE TICKET

I paid $34 USD to Virmach for a VPS. To this day, the service has not been delivered or setup. I opened support tickets after days, but received no meaningful response, only automated replies or silence.

Despite following up repeatedly, no one from Virmach has addressed my issue or provided a timeline for delivery. I have been unable to access any service, yet my account shows the payment was processed successfully.

This is not a case of delayed setup, it’s a complete failure to deliver. With zero communication and no resolution, I consider this transaction fraudulent. I strongly advise against using Virmach for any project or sending money to their account. The risk of paying for nothing is very real. if you're reading this, thank me for saving you from being scammed by Virmach

Support is totally unresponsive.

Service experience is terrible as the host seems to randomly reset after a few months without any warning.

2FA emails have stopped reaching my inbox and there is no fix or solution or even response from them . cant even login to the account to stop the service and stop getting charged for something that no longer works

Couldn't access my server. All my files are locked up.

No reply to multiple tickets. 2 months now!

Avoid this company!!! Damn scammers.

Service doesn't work. Troubleshooting guide didnt solve anything. submitted a ticket, no movement for a week and counting.

Fraud! Stole 20USD from us, no service has been activated, we raised multiple tickets but without any answer.

Multi day downtimes several times a year. Support is zero. Unable to open support tickets, Been 5 days now. I think they went out of business.

Scammers! 24 hrs passed and my service hasnt been activated yet. No response from the support as well regarding the refund.

And please, delete my card information from the billing system. Because Ill block it here.

I trialled VirMach in April 2019, after not being happy with it at all, for whatever reason, I cancelled my upcoming payment to them.

Jump forward to November 23rd, 2025, and they've attempted to bill me 6 YEARS after cancellation, for close to $400. Luckily, or unluckily, my payment method was PayPal - so currently the case is being looked in to.

Support ticket system is utterly useless; there seems to be no one able to reply, or even acknowledge my ticket. 4 Days currently without any form of response, but the "Unpaid Invoice" emails keep coming.

Avoid at all costs. I'm relatively hopeful PayPal will see the error and reimburse me, but if that doesn't happen... Well, I'm screwed out of $400.

Well, i purchased 1 month to test it before purchasing 2 year, and glad i did, because customer support dont exist, sendind tickets its useless since im waiting 15 days for an answer. Besides the other tickets i created after with another subject none were replied. Im glad i stoped using this service...

VPS down for weeks, very hard to open a support ticket and they never responded. Stay away. Huge scam company
