My server suddenly lost power and stopped working. I posted an emergency ticket, but no one responded. It has been down for 48 hours so far, causing me great losses.
Their after-sales service is terrible.

It's the worst VPS provider ever, I don't want to know anything about them, they are a scam the service stop working and they never respond

Garbage service provider, three days after the payment did not give the opening of VPS, and no one replied to the work order

I enabled Email 2FA successfully,but when I login in I can't receive Email 2FA OTP code so I can't login,meanwhile can't submit ticket.I have tried to contact Virmach but nothing help.In LowendSpirit,I reported this problem but Virmach didn't give any reply.that's a shame.

I have used them for 8 years. Now for the last 3 days I can not log in. When I got to reset my password, I get a page that I'm blocked. I am a very sporadic user and never had an issue. I sent email to support. No reply for days.

I have been using Virmach for six years, and it has been fine (except for the change of image location and IP every year).

This weekend, they started migrating servers from Frankfurt to Amsterdam PHYSICALLY.

Everything is offline, and I have been unable to open server administration ever since. So far, it's been offline for 3 days instead of the stated 12-16 hours.

Do not use them! They're scammers, I've reported them to the police. I bought a subscription on 3/23 and it's still pending! 2 months later!! They charged my card and refuse to provide either the service or the refund. Numerous messages to the support got no response. Stay away!!!

I use my server for work and haven't been able to connect to it for a month. The company doesn't respond to any support tickets, even those that I agree to pay for to escalate. Luckily I don't have anything on that computer that isn't backed up, so I'm cancelling the service. If you value your data and a reliable server, don't go with this company.

Do not use their service. Customer Service is poor. Server is not stable. 2 years ago, the tickets will be replied very quick. But now, if you want to resolve a problem, you cannot get any reply from them.

avoid this vendor. Their support was never good but in the last few months they really have made an extra effort to be worst.

Beware!!!! This is a scam!!! It's impossible to contact, impossible to log in, impossible to talk to anybody to solve any kind of problems.

You should not buy any services of VIRMACH

I started using VirMach since 2017, I got a very cheap server and used it for my blog. It was good at that time, and I even got some credits back due to a network incident. My server was upgraded to KVM for free and the renew price remained the same. However, things started to change in 2022, VirMach started to expand their services to Japan location, and the price was very cheap. That was too cheap, like almost impossible. Too many people bought their services, but they couldn't delivery as promised. Then there were many people complaining, flooding tickets into their system. Now they are still running, servers are usable, but almost no support. Requests for IPv6 were left unprocessed for more than a year. People should avoid buying their services now.

I bought a cheap service from them and paid the money. The service status is "pending" for days. I sent them tickets, but it seems that no one is there to answer. I suspect that this is a scam and there's no service, no staff on the other side.

It is very difficult to contact their technical support. After putting a ticket, you may have to wait days and days. Also, as many company do today, they have AI. You can chat with their AI that will not solve your problem. No phone number. No email address.

It's been 1 week since I made payment for the vps service but they still haven't activated my service and also even though I am not using the service i am still being charged for it.
I have created a ticket regarding this but no use. I think I have been scammed and looted.

VPS had a long outage for 2+ months, fixed two weeks ago, and outage again today. Also bought a shared hosting plan, 7 days and still in pending status. Tickets NEVER work too. No one responds, only AI bots, providing useless answers.
